  I am new to the area and have driven by Cash Indiana many times. I had company from out of town and we stopped in and we were delighted at the product offerings, the jewelry and the excellent customer service. Dani and Brandon were amazing. They helped my wife’s girlfriends husband find the perfect last minute Christmas gifts. They were both a delight to work with and I will go back because of their excellent customer service and friendliness. 🙂

  Gone here for Years. That stopped yesterday. Brandon said “ We do not care about the community and we are not here for the community” followed by “f*** off”. I never cursed or raised my voice once. This USED to be a good place to go. Now with Brandon it’s the WORST PAWN SHOP IN MC. What happened to the respectful people that used to work here? You lost a customer of years because Brandon doesn’t know how to talk to or treat other human beings. Disgusted by the company

  As a business owner, I hate seeing a review like this especially when the review is inaccurate and its only purpose appears to be to defame Cash Indiana and one of its employees. I have reviewed the surveillance audio and video and A Jay review is NOT accurate of what happen or what was said. Brandon NEVER said anything negative about the community nor told A Jay to F*** off. Situation started when A Jay was told by the other clerk that we do not accept tools with writing or engravings on them. A Jay did not like this answer and was arguing about us accepting his items. Brandon as the assisted manager came over and simply said that we cannot take A Jay’s tools because of the markings on them in accordance to Corporate Policy. A Jay then called Brandon “little man” and made a few negative slurs regarding Brandon’s height. Brandon then told A Jay to get the f*** out. Brandon should have chosen his words better but after being verbally assaulted by A Jay he had enough. Nobody should ever talk to each other in such a manner. I hope anyone reading this review can see through the misinformation left by A Jay and know that Cash Indiana, Inc and Brandon RESPECT our community and customers and will always strive to improve and treat everyone will courtesy and respect. Also, two other reviews left by A Jay about us have been removed from Google for violating Googles terms and conditions for a review.

  Living in MC my whole life I've had my shared experience of pawn shops. I must say, YOU - ARE - THEE - BEST!! "CASH INDIANA" IN MICHIGAN CITY,!!! Highly trained individuals who know what they're doing. All of whom are beyond extra friendly and pleasant. Don't waste your time searching and/or looking elsewhere. Go to Cash Indiana!! You won't be disappointed!!!💯💯💯💎

  This is really the only pawn shop I'll go to. I noticed everything inside is very clean and well organized when I first walked in. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. I was taken care of very promptly and was really put at ease with my loan. I was very impressed with their jewelry selection, I fell in love with their rings especially one in particular. The girl working was vey patient and helpful with me when I was trying on rings. Their prices are really reasonable for the quality of products they have honestly, I'll definitely be coming back very soon.

  AJ brought in a Bluetooth speaker. We had difficulty in getting the speaker to pair and work properly. We tried on multiple phones and our tablet unsuccessfully. Since, neither of us were able to get the speaker to work properly in the store we had to pass and not accept the speaker for either loan or purchase. We explained to him why we couldn't accept the speaker. Not sure why AJ felt that this deserved a one star review. We cannot accept a item unless we can see it work in store.

  Great place to get a good deal on barely used stuff. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend over any other pawn shop.

  Had money to spend and was refused entry because I can't wear a mask due to a medical condition. They never even offered to make accommodations, they were just rude and hateful. They are walking a very thin line.

  Unfortunately, LaPorte County and now all of Indiana require some form of face covering which we are required to follow. At no time did Cash Indiana, Inc or any of its employees intend to offend Mr Best or not want his business as we value every customer. We were simply trying to be compliant with the county and state requirements. This is uncharted territory for all of us living and operating a business through this pandemic. We wish Mr Best the best and hope he reconsiders and shops with us again in the future.

  Bought a bass guitar from this place, took it home and put it in my stand. Went to finally ply it 2 weeks later, saw the neck was cracked and they stuck me with it. They sell junk. Make sure you inspect what you buy from this really well!’

  I've bought a ps4, two tablets, controllers and many games. The oldest purchase is now 3 years ago. Being the ps4 and one of the tablets. You get what you pay for. Id rather pay somewhat more for good quality items. Plus you have a warrenty. Love this place
