Kyle Nichols5I wish I could give this bank more than 5 stars! I have never seen better customer service & speed in a bank before. The beautiful ladies are always there for all my little questions, advice & a good laugh. Right before the Holiday weekend I had to come in and cash a check & I think I waited 6 minutes total in the branch & even though the tellers were running around HELPING everyone, they still took their time with me and gave me amazing service. Will be referring all my friends and family to this bank especially this branch! thank you all.

Sandra Weaver5When I opened an account with Horizon my teller directed me to customer service. My rep was professional, very informative, and extremely helpful. All of the tellers including, Deana and Olivia, were extremely sweet and willing to help. My customer service rep explained that they have programs that help customers like me that haven't had the best of luck with banks in the past. She even let me know about their community reinvestment program that I will be using in the near future to help me get into a new home soon. But I am happy I switched and will be referring my family and friends to take advantage of $25 in referral gift cards. Thanks Horizon!

Karen Central5Honestly I love this bank! I love how friendly & funny the tellers are. I had a serious fraud alert on my account & it worried me beyond belief, but it was caught right away! I rushed to the bank, distraught & nervous only to be greeted by a friendly teller named Olivia. She instantly calmed me down, made me feel comfortable & helped me understand everything. Everytime I come to this bank I'm always greeted with a beautiful smile & laughs with the girls. If you're looking for great customer service, friendly atmosphere, & a reliable/trustworthy bank then Horizon is for you. I'd recommend them to all my close family & friends. I have never had a bad problem. Thank you!

RYAN1The woman at the drive thru stated she couldn't print anything, that I would have to go inside....so I did....to another girl who couldn't understand what I am telling her....then she says "next time you will have to go through customer service". Apparently the drive thru and tellers are not versed in customer service at all. I have had Horizon since last year....and am already considering leaving. ** Horizon bank called me to ask me to take down this post because it was vulgar. I said I would edit some aspects and still keep it. **

Cyndi Levin1Unfortunately I used this bank ( Carmel branch) to obtain a mortgage a while back. The mortgage agent was the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. I feel that since I am a woman and senior citizen he did not treat me as respectfully as others. He had little knowledge and promised conditions he could not fulfill. The ebanking is archaic and when I call for assistance no one seems to be able to answer what I would consider to be simple questions concerning my account. I DO NOT recommend.

Tom Cuneo1Before they took over Salin, we enjoyed instant mobile availability, no delays on cash deposits, no excuses and much better personal service. Since then all of that is gone and back to typical big bank mentality. They cannot even figure out how to fix the Facebook payments issues they have and told us they didn't know when it would be fixed and had been an issue for months. We are moving banks but want to warn others - We miss the true small bank feel Salin had. We miss the instant mobile deposit availability and they did not hold CASH deposits for 2 days, even if on a Saturday. Horizon needs to get up to speed with what customers want. Done with this bank.
