  I was in a tight jam and needed to come up with 300$ i brought one of my guitars to them. I had got it about 2 months earlier and cost me 500$ i brought it to him he offered me 15$ i was like what? I told him i brought a few things before. He raised it to 20$. I brought the guitar to a local music store and they gave me 175$ and later came back and saw it listed for 300$. So I couldn't believe i had gotten an offer of 15$. I will never return to this place again. They're prices are so outrages Its like paying retail.

  After dealing with every pawn broker in Central Mass Cash Exchange as everybody beat with loans and every category. From tools to game systems guitars musical instruments jewelry tires boats tanks.. LOL

  just now-EditBought a computer there used. It turned on, and the icons showed up but neither me, nor any of my very knowledge computer people at work could load anything up. "There something up with this computer" someone said. I tried to return it, they said no, there is nothing wrong with the computer. Yeah except its completely useless to me. He offered me store credit. I said no thank you. He said "the boss said no, because there is nothing wrong with the computer" I asked him to meet me half way on this, he said "no". I told him kept your computer, its useless to me, and I'm out $145. I told him I would write this review, so here it is.

  Great place to conduct business. Been going there for years and the staff is awesome especially Bill, who is always in a helping mood. Also checkout their merchandise with Christmas coming they do have something for everyone,from electronics, gold chains and watches even power tools.... Cash exchange thx guys

  Bought a thick silver chain from them for like $120. They said they would clean it up nice n shiny. Never did. A few weeks later I brought it back and tried selling it back. They offered me $15....SMH.

  We went to the Cash Exchange on a whim after one of our flat screen TV's had been damaged beyond repair. We were able to replace the TV that we had for one that was larger and the price was within what we wanted to spend for a used TV. It was a good experience and we would definitely do business at the Cash Exchange again.

  Go to Empire if you need a loan. Cash Exchange will give you about 1/2 as much down to nothing. I have bought merchandise here that I am happy with.

  Very rude all around.I called about an item,and wanted to know how much it would be to pick up. His response to me was you can figure it out on your own.I replied I just want to make sure I have enough and asked if he could check for me. He replied no i feel like im teaching elementary school and started talking to me like im an idiot asking me if i could do simple math. Before hanging up on me mid sentence he told me that i should be able to add simple numbers together and if i could not i have a serious problem. Very rude owners I would not recommend them to anybody!! These people treat you like you are an idiot for asking a simple question,i just wanted to make sure i had enough money to pick up my item! The only reason they got one star is because giving them zero stars was not an option!!

  Tried offering 1000 for a 15,000 ring....... nice try you thief’s.. I have paperwork for a certified diamond worth 12k on that setting and they literally offered 1k.. definitely DO NOT recommend this place.. neither do a lot of people based on their reviews

  Would appreciate a website to see inventory and prices. I need a purchase but waiting until 9:30 am is not an option. With no website or better hours I will skip this business. Sorry they missed a potential sale.
