  Ms. Barbara delivers exceptional customer service and is by far the best finance company manager I have ever dealt with. I was apprehensive about getting a title loan to cover my emergency and she put me at ease. She thoroughly explained the process and offered to assist if there was ever a problem with making any payments online. She's ALWAYS polite and respectful. She gives Cash Cow a good reputation.

  The location at Jones Creek & Coursey is the best. The ladies are helpful if you're ever in a pinch and they get you taken care of quickly, even when they are busy. Great customer service, especially Ms. Margaret.

  Had an absolutely amazing experience here, the lady’s that work here are the sweetest, in a time of need its so nice to be able to see a nice face of hope. Definitely would highly recommend if your going to give someone your business, it should be here.
