  I received the most respectful and valuable experience today working with Mrs. Angie today! Fast and easy to access a loan. She was very diligent and worked her tail feather off getting things done. Seeing how she was the only one in office today and worked with me while also helping other customers via telephone I would say she is absolutely outstanding. Will definetly be doing business here, with her, more often!

  I have a great experience every month...Kimberly is really sweet and works very hard...I won't deal with no one else but her when I pay my loan!!! I wish she would have been manager :(... I would recommend this place because of her personality, dedication, and hard work

  It was a semi-decent experience up until I left my military ID at the office and nobody called to tell me. After digging for it and tearing everything I own apart all night I finally had to call them today and sure enough it was there. actually I called the wrong location but the lady from the location I called somehow knew that I left my ID at the location I went to but I still didn't know.so basically the lady that did my loan found my ID took it upon herself to call the other store and tell her but nobody called to tell me. So now I get to drive another two and a half hours to go pick up my military ID because nobody took it upon herself to call me and let me know while I was still in town.

  I went for a payday loan today thinking it would be very quick and easy. Never in my life have I had such poor service. Completely rude to me each time I went in today. After watching 7 or 8 customers be called before me I was finally called up to be told paying customers go first. I had to go in 4 times today. Each time waiting and waiting. I finally went in at 6:25pm since closes at 7pm thinking it would finally be slow and was straight told that no she wasn’t doin my application and to come back in the morning. I literally wasted 3.5 hours in their business today. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered in a professional atmosphere. Every single worker was so rude. I hate to even say race plays a part in this but I was the only white person in the business the entire time. Absolutely the worse!!

  The wait is long ask too many personal question and do unnecessary stuff like people don't got nothing to do. The 2 ladies were very nice but i think if they can not talk about people's personal lives the wait time would be a little faster. I don't recommend them at all.
