  I am actually the new manager here at this location as of April 2019 and I just wanted to post here and ask that if you have come in and had a bad experience in the past that you are willing to come in and try again with me. I do everything in my power to work with you because I can honestly say I have hit hard times in my life before as well.   I've gone here multiple times for different services, and always had a great experience. Staff is friendly and efficient. I'm usually in and out in just a few minutes, and the fees are cheaper than most places in the area.

  After paying off a check, the check was presented to the bank that same night which overdrew our account. Three trips to the bank & three to Cash City later and we finally got the money for the check back but not the overdraft fee. Don't go to this place!!!

  I visted the ashland city location. Sharon had a great attitude and made my experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend going to sharon when coming to this location.
