  I've been here numerous of times and had excellent customer service. I recently went and the woman working there was so rude. She was on her personal phone the entire time I was trying to pawn a item. The item was worth more than 600 dollars and she offered me 150 bucks. And as soon as she told me the price she walked away from me before I even had a chance to reply to her. I will not be doing business with them anymore!

  Great place ! Will loan you fair dollar amount. If you retrieve your product after a few times of being pawned they do tend to loan a bit more on that product. Cant expect store value loans but they do help out

  I absolutely love this pawn shop. They have lower interest rates than ones in Mansfield. Paul and Nina are both AMAZING and EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! This is now the ONLY pawnshop I will go to. I appreciate you guys so much! You guys rock! Especially Paul and Nina!!

  I used to love this Pawn Shop. I would stop in a few times a week and was always buy, selling, trading with them. Well today was the last time I will set foot in there. Ever since Cash America bought it, it has gone downhill and it terrible now. Rude employees too busy talking to their friends about drinking and flirting with each other to help customers.

  Been doing business with these folks for as long as they have been here. Never have we had a bad or shady experience. The staff are human therefore not perfect all the time with everyone, but in comparison to the pawn shops in the "big city", there is no question, they are customer service oriented. Some folks need to realize they are a business in business to make money (thank God for American Freedom). It is a Pawn Shop for God's sake. Thank you Crowley Pawn for being there when we have needed you and without making us feel like second class citizens

  I have dealt with my fair share of pawn shops over the years, and this is one ranks among the best. Although it is small, you can find some good deals here. I don't pawn my stuff so I have no idea about that end of it, I wouldn't hesitate buying anything from them. Their service is as good as it gets. EDIT: I bought a guitar and amp here and the staff was exceptional, as always. the guy that helped me was a musician (a very good one at that) and had me squared away in no time. This is my favorite pawn shop by far.

  THIS PAWNSHOP IS VERY RUDE TOWARDS BLACK CUSTOMERS. I Purchased a ps4 from them today and they lady idk her name short kinda chubby was extremely rude to me. I asked if this game had been restarted she told me yes, well I get home and it wasn’t had someone else’s account and everything. I wasn’t greeted when I entered store and she caught a huge attitude when I asked about the USB CORD. I couldn’t find a Game console no where else so I settled for a game from here but I’ll never go back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEN THEY ARE RUDE AND HIGH PRICES.

  I am a repeat customer for a reason. First time I went, the way they handled the transaction stood out to me. The second time, once again they demonstrated they care about their customers. The kindness they showed, when they didn't have to, makes a world of difference. It's the kind of place you feel welcomed upon entering and appreciated upon leaving.   I've recently bought a necklace and a ring from this pawn shop i spent well over $2,000 and the necklace started turning black they sell fake Jewelry i wanted a refund i was willing to accept a instore credit. They wouldnt give me a complete refund they told me that the owner will have to buy back from me but not a full refund just $750.00 HORRIBLE BUISNESS AND IM TAKING IT HIRE EXTENT

  Thank you Mrs Grey for your recent review. We hate to hear you had a unpleasant visit in our location. The item in question was purchased for $1000.00 not $2700.00. Our company has Guarantee of Authenticity on all jewelry purchased. Our policy states we guarantee all our items sold as authentic jewelry and to appraise for more than the purchase price or we will refund the purchase as well as any cost the customer may be out for written appraisal. Customer was given the option but declined. We offered to purchase the item outright back from her and she agreed to that. Customer had item over 2 months and wanted a full refund. We tried to do all we could to make this customer happy but could not in the end. We hope she has better luck in future business and wish her all the best. Sometimes we fall short but strive to do the very best we can to satisfy all customers. By the way the proper use of "Hire" should be HIGHER, Mrs Grey.
