  BAD PEOPLE RUN THIS BANK ! I Used this bank for several years, got a fraudulent $500 charge they notified me about. They “ investigated” charge and now say I made the charge ! So they basically called me a liar and will not do a real investigation to find the truth! Pulling all my money out and switching banks along with a few other family members who use this bank ! Stay away from this bank !!!!

Is it possible you have us confused with another bank? We are First National Bank of Burleson and are independent with just two locations in Burleson, TX. We are not affiliated with any other bank. We take fraud claims seriously but have no history of any claim like this.

  This Bank is one of the Best Banks I have ever done business with. They are always polite and always goes above and beyond. I moved all my accounts to there when Wells Fargo created over 25 checking and Savings Accounts illegally. I had to post this when I saw the review of the 1 star rating. This person must have wanted something for nothing or a woman NO ONE could ever satisfy. This woman felt she should get a safe deposit box for free. Come to this Bank, you will be glad you did !! Hometown Experience that has been lost in the Corporate Banking these days!

  Terrible customer service. Makes transactions so much more difficult than the local Chase or Wells Fargo. I don’t know how they can treat their customers so poorly and stay in business. I would recommend choosing another bank if you want to be treated ethically and with respect. I thought the fact that they were local meant better service...not true. Update based on the owner’s incorrect an impersonal response....My rating is referring to general difficulty of transactions made overall and over time. There were no unpaid deposit boxes. But I guess it’s typical that they would try to make themselves look better by making a generic response that didn’t apply to me and not follow up to see why their customer actually left.

  Hi Denise, we are sorry you felt your transactions were difficult to deal with. Generally if you sign up and use a service such as a safe deposit box, you will have to pay the fee. We believe in treating all of our customers ethically and with respect and we are sorry you did not feel this way when you were asked to pay for your safe deposit box.

  My husband and I have banked with 1st National Bank Of Burleson for many years personal and Business accounts. The people that work there are professional and helpful in every way, in fact over the years friendships have developed and no matter the issue they are always there to help. They treat us like family and go above and beyond. They are community minded and very involved civically. They are the only Bank for us.

  Love this bank! They really take the time to know the customer and their situation no matter if it’s for new accounts, loans, or just daily banking needs. You can call during business hours and talk to an actual person, that’s a plus! They are always looking out for the customers best interests. Thanks FNB Burleson!

  I've. Been banking here for years, so has my mom and step dad, they treat you like family/friends, which I love!!!! They are very professional, quick and never is there a long wait in the drive thru or inside!!!! It's nice to walk in and they greet you by your first name 👍🏼☺️!! I love that they are privately owned, I feel safe and assured that my money is 100% safe at all times!!!!!! Wouldn't bank anywhere else!!!!!   I've been banking with them for 3 years. And at first I loved it. But now it's horrible to deal with. A cash deposit put it doesn't hit till some time on Monday and then u can only pull out 100$ a day or spend that much. I get nothing but attidued from the customer service desk and I'm getting a bank account with someone else other than first national of Texas all I've had is issues
