  I would definitely recommend going to cash 1 for an installment loan. Very friendly people. I had a wonderful experience. Rileigh was a huge help in getting me the cash I needed. Will definitely come back here.

  Cash 1 has always been friendly and easy to get the loan from. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of their cash limit. I borrowed more than 5 times from them but for some reason the limit they have for me is set at around $300 and it should be more because 1) I always pay them on time and sometimes even within the first 24hrs 2) is I have a good annual income so I don't pose at higher risk. I hope they change their policy regarding that.

  I've had very good dealings every time I've needed help I'm also in very good standings n always on time with my payments and just today I got a loan n kassie.401 explained to me on my texts with promo loan, she was very professional and easy to talk with on all my questions and she made sure I understood everything , I give her a 10+ rating, and I give all the great group of ladies there excellent customer service.

  Cassandra was mean and provided horrible customer service. I asked to speak with manager and replied with harsh tone " I am one of managers here", which didn't seem like it because she had to ask for assistance on how to enter info into computer and didn't really know what she was doing. Very disappointed in the customer service provided and the way I was treated, I used to get loans there but because of unpleasant workers there I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
