  Working with Matt and his team at Cascadia was hands down the best decision we made in the home buying process. They were professional, attentive, trustworthy and easy to work with. We are first time home buyers and ended up in a complicated and lengthy closing process that I am absolutely sure would have fallen through if it were not for Matt. With all the things to worry about when buying a home, our mortgage broker was not one of them. I cannot recommend them enough!

  Matt is awesome! Him and his team have gone above and beyond for me being a first time home buyer and I cant thank them enough! I bought a home from open door (they are the worst to deal with ever!) And Matt and his team stepped up to bat and handled and helped in any way they could. He was available 24/7 and answered all my calls and questions on the spot this team is awesome and I will recommend them to anyone! He also recommended me the most amazing realtor team who also went above and beyond for me and handled all of the issues(and there were many dealing with open door) .

  I'm a local small business owner so numbers don't always show in my favor... When other local brokers turned me away Matt and his crew got straight to work! They are extremely good at what they do, friendly and fair! Within 2 months and a couple of phone calls and meetings with Matt over a pitcher of beer 😉 we were at the title company signing papers! I would highly recommend Cascadia to anyone and I wish that I could give higher than a 5 star rating.

  I have nothing but great things to say about Matt McHugh and the Cascadia Home Loans staff. From start to finish my experience was great. I didn't ever wait longer than 30 minutes for a response from Matt, even on Thanksgiving! As a first time home buyer, Matt gave me peace of mind by taking the time to explain every detail clearly, answer countless questions, and walk me through the entire home buying process. I shopped around with a credit union and another broker but neither came close to Cascadia as far as service and rates. Truly top notch. I would highly recommend Cascadia Home Loans!

  Matt is amazing! I've worked with many lenders throughout my career and most of them were good but Matt goes above and beyond in all aspects. He touches base with me and my clients daily and has made some seemingly impossible loans possible. He really cares about his clients and it shows.

  If you are a first time home buyer not knowing where to start I would call Cascadia Home Loans and ask for Allison. She did an amazing job helping us get into our first home and was always willing to help on the weekends and after hours. She is very responsive when you need to ask a question. We never had to worry about anything we were unaware of because she did a great job at explaining every detail. 5+ Stars!

  It is so refreshing to find a company that keeps their word... I know it sounds impossible especially anywhere near the real estate industry. I had so many issues trying to get approved for anything and Matt tackled them one at a time and always returned my calls and shot straight with me. I'm now in a position to buy a house!!!!
