  Peggy and her team are amazing!!! Hands down the easiest refinance I've completed and it was done so quickly. The whole team were extremely knowledgeable, competent and so easy to work with. Once the process started I had very minimal involvement until the signing. If you're even just curious about a refinance, or are ready to purchase I can say with 100 percent confidence Peggy and her team are the way to go!!!   Peggy was so helpful throughout the whole process of my home purchase. The interest rates were great and the services have continued to be what you would expect after the initial transaction. We had issues with other entities involved in our transaction and Peggy's patience and professionalism on her end was more than helpful and enlightening.   Peggy was amazing! I’m not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to big purchases. I ask a million questions about everything and she was patient with me. She was able to answer all the questions I had along the way and made the entire experience beginning to end seem so easy and seamless! We also closed on our house in about 30 days which was a couple weeks early. Guild mortgage has their “shit together” so to speak. We are looking into another home purchase out of state in the near future and will be using Guild again.

  Refinancing my home during the pandemic was a challenge but Peggy and everyone else at Guild were outstanding. I have been using Guild for years so I had a lot of faith in their abilities to get everything accomplished in such hectic times. The process took a lot longer than normal but Peggy stayed in contact with me keeping me up to date for the whole process. I highly recommend the whole team.
