  It seems to be a steady trend for most companies to have below par customer service, and I truthfully wasn’t expecting anything more while looking into financing my first home. I really didn’t have much knowledge on how everything actually worked, let alone the exact home I was even interested in. After talking to several other companies I was just about to call the entire thing quits in fear of being completely taken advantage of. Fortunately, Ruth Roths with Cascade Financial reached out to me regarding a loan approval. At this stage I was very straight forward that I wasn’t exactly sure what direction I wanted to go, what kind of home I was interested in, or even where I wanted to put it. This is where the top notch service really kicked in, she not only provided guidance on how everything would come together, but I also started receiving loan details and numbers for all the different homes and locations I was considering. I must have changed my mind on 4 different occasions and for the first time trying to findthe finance company that was right for me, I didn’t feel like someone was breathing down my neck. I can’t explain the amount of questions I asked during every aspect of my loan, but sure enough Ruth had the answers. It was an absolute pleasure working with everyone at Cascade but I will fully admit that the initial service, guidance, and knowledge Ruth provided was the real reason this all came together. I never thought I would have 5 acres with such a wonderful home!

  Ruth and Lauren were fantastic to work with, they were patient and helpful with a clouded title, and some VA issues (100 year old easement that does not exist), I honestly do not think we would have been able to use the VA Loan if they were no so knowledgeable, there is another VA lender will not name but they are on TV all the time, they were pushy and the first challenge they encountered they basically threw up their hands and said get an attorney. The Cascade Team has allowed me to use my VA benefit I earned and get me moved out of the city, Good people to work with, and they return calls and e-mails promptly

  We deal with a number of lenders and our experience with Cascade has been very good. Alexis Phipps has helped us with numerous land/home loans and has been a pleasure to work with. She will go above and beyond to help her dealers and customers.

  Francisca McMeans gave us exceptional service. She has always been both professional and friendly. We knew obtaining a mortgage could be very stressful, however with Francisca's assistance it proved to be much easier than we could have imagined.   From the get go I had a wall of bricks with the most unusual purchasing. I was actually beginning to think Pink Floyd's "Another Brick in the Wall" was becoming my theme. Thanks to Megan and the entire crew at Cascade we were able to take on this task one brick at a time. I can not praise this company or employees enough. Call backs immediate, plain laymans terms, answer ANY question you may have. Always professional and personal at the same time. I would highly recommend Cascade to all my friends and anyone looking for a loan. If they can't do it, it can't be done. Thank you all for everything you did to make my dream come true to being a homeowner.

  We just recently closed on our construction portion of our loan. We have been working hard to make this dream come true for a long time. Kelly Bjorklund with Cascade was in charge of getting us to the closing table, and she made it seem like an easy process, much easier than I was afraid it was going to be!!! She was always there to answer questions and help us out. Thank You for all of your hard work and help in making this dream come true for us. This is a true blessing for our family!!!   We are currently in the process of buying a home and are going through Cascade. I am regretting it ENTIRELY as it has been a nightmare from the start. If we haven't already paid for our appraisal and due diligence wasn't past, I would back out right now. The people we have dealt with thus far seem to be incompetent. Seems like we've sent them the same paperwork and answered the same questions repeatedly. They have no communication with each other or their customers as they NEVER answer their phone. Would not recommend them! We just got notified we wouldn't be approved over some tax return issue? Makes no sense. Will update if matter changes. Update: Our loan was approved and we already did water test, inspection, everything. We had to extend our closing date because they needed more pay stubs. Update: We were just informed we won't be able to get the loan because my fiancé works for a temp agency and that's not allowed. (Mind you I have emails from our loan processor stating it is okay to work for a temp agency!) And she was WELL aware of him going to work for a temp agency. We spoke with her supervisor, and they stated they were unaware of this rule until a couple days ago. Isn't that your job to know? We have thousands invested in this house and have wasted a lot of time and stress and is extremely unfair for us and the seller if this does not go through. There's been a few times they have been rude and this will be the second time they said we won't qualify. They are supposed to be looking into our file. If this is not resolved, a complaint to the BBB WILL be filed. We are at our wit's end with this "company". I honestly don't know how they're still in business if this is the "service" They give to customers. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Will update if /when matter changes.

  You can not go wrong going through these fine people to get your next mortgage. They will work diligently and more importantly KEEP YOU UPDATED as to the status of your loan. They offer more products than your normal lender. They have programs for people with a wide range of credit scores. I can not stress enough how they will keep you informed and move your mortgage along. They are honest and professional. Everyone there is a pleasure to work with but Amy VanCore stands out as especially wonderful. If you are working with someone else there and you run into any glitches, you'll end up working with Amy as they will reach out to her to help them and your deal. If Amy does not cover your region of the country you may want to consider moving to where she will be :-)
