      Very Very Shady! The day before we Closed, David Called and informed my wife and I That we needed to put another 21,500.00 Down!

      John is correct, this was the second time my underwriter surprised me at the end of the transaction and said we needed more funds. It is not the way I do business and it is not the way I want a fellow Vet treated. As a result I left the company soon afterward.
