Jobani Aguilar1Took my truck in so they could diagnose because it wasn't starting. They told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it charged me and sent me on my way. A few days go by and it starts failing again.This morning it wouldn't start and I asked my dad to take a look at it for me and he got it running, he said it was a loose wire. I don't have an issue paying for a mechanic's service but when my dad who has no professional mechanic experience can get my truck started and a professional mechanic who has certifications and years of experience can't it shocks me. So I basically paid 136 dollars for a carwash tokenote. I will not be returning to cascade auto centers service department.UPDATE Erik the service director said he'd defund me my money. it's a step in the right direction I just wish it was handled better from the start.

Linda Johnson5Jamie Dunn Assistant Service Manager goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want for your car issues. She is a detail person and explained to me what my cars needs were, things to look out for, upkeep, etc. Jamie is amazing to work with. I will trust my car in her hands anytime! Oh...by the way, if your electronics on your radio get messed up...she is the 'go to' person. Again....I say Jamie Dunn is amazing!

Richard Neel5I went to the parts department for items for my older truck. The parts were discontinued but the young man searched the entire United States for the items I need!! He located both parts in 2 different states for me going the "extra mile" to be sure!! I call that GREAT SERVICE!!!

Dane Allison1Awful experience (they got one star because it wouldn't let me give them zero stars). We arranged to purchase a car through the Costco buying program. Worked out the full details on the price, amount down and payment plan, in advance. We put down a $500 deposit to hold the car for us. Drove from out of town (over 200 miles round trip), with the expectation of signing lease papers and driving away in a new car (it was precisely what we were looking for). It was a very happy day as we drove to Wenatchee to complete our lease. However, upon arriving, my wife and I were subjected to "bait and switch" tactics where they told us the individual we were dealing with online was not authorized to give us pricing, even though she repeatedly had to consult a manager as details were worked out, over the course of many days. They placed all blame on this young lady, who was not there to explain who she got the pricing from. They simply insisted she overstepped her authority and would not contact her for clarification. They said they would not honor the pricing we had in writing from all of our previous correspondence with the dealership. At best, this dealership is disorganized. At worst, they are completely dishonest in their dealings. After providing them with all of the email correspondence we had, they still refused to honor the pricing that was represented with the young lady we were dealing with and wanted to charge a higher price for the vehicle. They insisted this whole debacle was her fault. We ended up leaving without leasing the vehicle. All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience. We expect our $500 deposit back and will search for a vehicle from a more reputable business. I would caution any out of town buyers to think twice before dealing with and driving to this dealership to do business. Any correspondence you get prior to driving out there may be disregarded by them, upon your arrival, as it was for us. Beware of potential "bait and switch" tactics from this dealership. Dane Allison

Darryl Coates5My story, although lengthy in time span, ends with an overall positive result. Beginning in the spring of 2013 we experienced several (electrical) problems with our 2012 Equinox. After multiple visits to your Service Center and a considerable amount of time you were able to resolve many of the problems. However, some problems remain, one of which is a serious safety concern..... headlights going off! Display lights have stayed on with the ignition turned off and key removed, remote entry failed, multiple times of a dead battery and on and on. Throughout the experience we feel Cascade stayed with us and did all in their power to resolve the issues. We discussed going the Lemon Law route to get into a different vehicle and Cascade personnel were willing to work with us and deal with General Motors to get the 2012 Equinox replaced. Bottom line, it has been a lengthy and at times testy experience, we basically are content with the outcome. We were able to get a 2014 Equinox as a replacement. Although the 2014 does have a couple of options we wanted and obviously a couple of years newer, the out of our pocket money to get rid of the 2012 Equinox was more than it should have been. At least now we are comfortable if we go somewhere and don't have to be concerned about getting home before dark. Travis Clark5Great place low pressure sales didn't try and sell me anything out of my price range. In fact they pointed me towards cheaper cars that I could safely afford. Awesome price for oil change and service as well. Will go back for sure and recommend everybody.

Kevin H4As of 6/7/19 I've been notified that they no longer perform work on Mazda vehicles. Other than that, the service department rocks and the sales team is friendly if not always knowledgeable or good at following up. Normal dealer stuff.

Mauri Mosman5We first began the process of looking to move to a Subaru last September. They were up front with us that we were to upside down in our Kia lease o be able to help us. Told us when to come back and they followed through with everything they said they would do. I would highly recommend this dealership. And Taylor Dunn as a salesman. He was AWESOME!
