  My husband and I were referred to Zindi by one of my co-workers, and working with her was honestly best decision we’ve ever made. As first time home buyers, the whole process was VERY overwhelming, even as exciting as it was. Zindi was very responsive, professional, and kind throughout the process. She kept all of her promises throughout, and made herself available at all times! Even in Valentine’s Day, which fell in a Sunday this year, she was quick to respond to my text message. To top it off, we closed Escrow in our first home in a record 28 days! Couldn’t have don’t it without Zindi’s diligence and commitment through it all. Funny enough, we never actually met in person due to COVID-19, but we definitely feel like part of the Casa Financial family! I highly recommend working with Casa Financial Services, and will be referring everyone I know!

  Extremely pleased with Casa Financial Services ! Throughout the entire experience Zindi and Brett have been knowledgeable and professional and supportive. These are all qualities that you expect from a financial group that you deal with . But they went above those characteristic and treated us as if they had a personal interest in us and our needs during our refinance.   Working with Casa Financial Services, Inc was an amazing experience for me. All the staff were very responsive and helpful. I specifically worked with (Katrina Yalda) who was very patient and professional in dealing with my case. She answered all my questions and concerns with well knowledge and good quality answers, and was there for me whenever I needed any clarifications.   As a listing agent I appreciated the prompt responses and the last min rush put in to make sure the appraisal came in by the deadline. Zindi Mills was well experienced and contributed to the smoothest transaction. If I receive another offer on a future listing with her as the buyer’s loan officer I’ll definitely remember her great reputation.   Outstanding communication! We were informed every step of the process. Covid19 and other factors have changed how business is conducted. Casa Financial is well informed and compliant with new restrictions and gently guide their clients through the process. With historically low interest rates many are rushing to refinance their mortgages. Zindi and team Casa Financial consistently communicated with us as if our refi was as important to their business as it was to us. We will continue to recommend Casa Financial Services to family and friends. Even more so, if it is your first refinance. Their customer focus and transparency of the process will help ease your mind that you are well taken care of by this group of professionals.

  Not only the most cost effective option in my shopping around for help with a home loan, but by far and wide the most helpful. Recommended by a friend of mine, after one talk with Brett, I knew I was dealing with the gentleman, and company, I would be putting my trust in. I am not a stupid person, but when it comes to the home buying process, I barely understood what equity meant. After talking with this team, I feel like I received a free college course on the subject, and all before making any commitment. I cannot speak highly enough about these folks. Seriously.

  I've known Brett for over 3 years now. Every time I call upon him for financing, he comes through like a freight train and gets it done! Casa Financial first financed my home in less than 1 month, since then they have lowered my mortgage rate from 3.99 down to 2.99% without a single hitch. There are many low cost financial services out there from which to chose, but if you want it done right & now - Casa Financial is one of the best.
