  My whole family has banked here. I have been promised a call back from the bank manger (whatever title) twice from internal staff and twice by customer support 1-800 number. Even left a voicemail on the managers line.... Never received a call. Never received an email. Also never had this issue with previous bank manager or staff at the locations ever before! Have been waiting over a month for a call as promised ...

  I highly recommend Andrew McKeehan. and his team at Carter County Bank to anyone looking to establish a great relationship with a local bank. They truly care about their customers and it shows in the quality of service they provide.

  I have about 4 or 5 different reasons for a 1 star. You can check the other reviews I've left at their other locations. Long story short, shady fees. Shady and inconsistent info (every time you call they tell you the previous people misled you then they give you bad info themselves) switch banks now before you experience Bank of Tennessee's downfall for yourself.

  This place used to be great, but, since Angie left, it's terrible! They now have a really rude new manager, who wouldn't even complete the transactions I needed done! I am currently looking for a new place to do business, which really stinks, because I just purchased new checks. 😡
