  I have always had great customer service here!! Wow!! Their attitudes in this place is so wonderful and pleasant. I don't like going to the one closest to me. I travel the extra ten to 15 minutes just to go to this bank for a great customer experience. Thumbs up for this Carter Bank & Trust!! Great job!!

  This is the SORRIEST bank there EVER was! They are the slowest bank in America. Never up to date & they will lie straight to your face! I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a bank in my life. Customer for over 20 years but that will ALL end tomorrow! I would give them a 0 star if it would let me! Should have just kept my business with the one on Hwy 58 in Martinsville! They have it together! Sick of being lied to!

  This bank has the BEST service since they have the NEW Manager! She does her job, and I have seen and experienced many positive changes. Yes, the drive thru can be slow at times, but they are efficient!

  This is the slowest bank ever.. the drive thru u sit a good 20 mins in line waiting. Do they not have more than one teller.. Pick up yalls pace!!

  The absolute worst bank in the county. Service is horrible. Lifetime free account is complete and utter lie! Please use another bank so they don't steal your time and money too!

  This bank has blocked my money now they're pretending like they don't know why and when I call them the lady hangs up on me I was not rude to her did not cuss or anything I believe these people scam your money

  Drive thru takes forever to get through, always has been like that not because of this virus.
