  Well I didn't think it would be this easy to get a loan. I got approved in less than 10 minutes and the payments are easy. The most important thing for me is that I have a way to establish and build my credit now. Teresa was amazing with getting me setup with my first loan. All the Women there are friendly and it's very relaxing atmosphere

  Love these ladies. I have been with them for years and never had any issues. They always make me feel welcome and will work with me whenever anything comes up in life and I am unable to make my payment on time. They do their best to get you what you need as fast as they can. Highly recommend them for any small loan needs.

  My sister called and Diana ended up hanging up on her with no proper or professional goodbye. DO NOT use them. She threatened to call the sheriffs department DURING A PANDEMIC when my sister was trying to schedule payment or make a partial payment. These people have no morals... so good luck if you owe them money.

  I absolutely love Carroll Finance. They have always been nothing short of amazing and I have become friends with them over the past several years that I have been a customer/client there. I would recommend them to anybody that needs help with a loan, taxes or anything else.

  Its a shame I have to give them a single star. Also a shame you can't get any info on your wife's loan when you're trying to pay it. And god forbid you slip up and get a week behind on your payment, then they threaten you with the sheriff's department. Sorry service, I'd rather deal with a loan shark chewing a toothpick as he flips a coin.

  Worst place to ever get a loan!! So completely rude about anything you try to tell them. They also threaten court before your 30 days past due. Go anywhere else but here its not worth it.
