  I recently booked a townhouse with Carr Realty through Airbnb, But I basically was not paying attention to the fact that the house does not fit the amount of people that I am coming with. So I contacted Cindy and she was more than happy to help me find another home that was suitable but unfortunately they were all reserved. And if you know the Airbnb policy they only give you 50% of your reservation back when you do a refund, but Cindy was more than happy to give me a full refund to make sure that I was happy. I can personally say that for the years to come every time I come to the Poconos to attend the MPACT car event I will use Carr realty, but next time I will give them notice earlier. Thank you so much Cindy!!

  I wish I could add another 5 stars here. Cindy was the absolute best! We were looking for an investment property to short term rent. We’re from out of state and knew no one so it was a bit daunting. I reached out to several realtors in the area based on their already good reviews. Cindy replied instantly and we hit it off from the onset. She is extremely experienced, especially in the short term/vacation rental space and has invaluable connections to the area. Everyone we worked with came through Cindy because we trusted her judgement. She’s on the town board so she knew everything about the local ordinances and regulations which really helped us narrow down the area. Since her family has strong ties to the area everyone we spoke to knew her - EVERYBODY! She answered all of our questions quickly and we had A LOT of questions. When it comes to short term rental properties there are a lot of different factors so we were almost in daily contact for 3 months. She showed us all the properties that we wanted and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. She let us explore the area but ultimately helped steer us in the right direction. Throughout the process, Cindy was available and always had a great attitude. We had several roadblocks in the loan process and Cindy’s connections ultimately got us the loan. We’re looking forward to our next deal with her. I cannot stress this enough, especially if you’re looking for a vacation rental, Cindy is your realtor.

  Carr Realty encouraged us to rent a condo near Camelback for Presidents’ Day weekend for our family vacation. Unbeknownst to us they never had the proper renting permit to list the condo in the first place and they cancelled our reservation! Not only did they cancel our reservation, they never notified us of the cancellation! We just called to confirm a check in time and they said sorry it’s cancelled! This is one week before we are due to arrive in the busiest weekend of the year for camelback resorts. After a terrible year working in the front lines of Covid19, this vacation that we desperately needed is now ruined. Their response for this major mess up was “look on Air BnB”. Of course there is nothing available one week before Presidents’ Day weekend for a party of 5 adults and 4 children. Now we have to tell our kids we can’t go skiing and try to get refunds for the lift tickets, ski lessons and snow tubing that we already purchased because we have no place to stay!! 😡😡😡
