Seriously the most unprofessional bank I think I have ever been in. When trying to change signatures on a business account, the manager could not itemized what was necessary, or provide written proof of supposed Bank policies. Spent an hour-and-a-half to get nothing done even though we had brought everything we were told we needed to bring. The manager decided he didn't want to accept the document and then could not tell us what was acceptable or why the document we had was unacceptable, or provide Bank policy on any of the things that he was telling us. As a manager he did not have access to the copies of any of the bank houses he was citing. They had also never removed a signer from the account when that was requested a year-and-a-half ago. And now they're asking for that person to come in and sign off. The person is no longer with the company! Unbelievable! I think it's time for this company to look for a new bank

Opened an account for the bonus. Never received the bonus. They said I didn't meet the criteria, which isn't true and I have the statements to prove it. Also, their claims process is lazy. Submit all the proof they ask for and they say it's not enough. Ridiculous. Their hours are inconvenient for customers. 8-4 isn't realistic when most people work until 5. Have at least one day that you're open late. I'll be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.

Tellers are nice but they are super SLOW! Don't expect to get out if here quick if you're in a hurry. It's ridiculous, no sense of urgency and understaffed. If I didn't have to bank here for my company I wouldn't.

The staff keeps changing so the personal feeling isn't there anymore. Didn't know the bank hours (thought it was 9-5 like my other bank). Went at 4:20, it was a ghost town. But the drive thru still said "open". I will continue to go to the Stroudsburg. I won't use Tannersville again.

I understand there’s Covid hours but I really think that the bank should take the time to see how often most people come in to see their tellers because 4 o’clock is to early to be closing for anyone. I get out of work and have to travel from Allentown to get to the bank on time i get out at 3pm

Since belonging to this bank (well over 10 years), Service fees go UP and the customer service has totally plummeted. ENOUGH is ENOUGH!!! My 86 year old mother was hit with TWO overdraft fees. Once at $37 for the penalty, and ANOTHER $30 fee in several days for a new fee they call a "Sustained Overdraft" fee!!!!!! $67 for an overdraft fee!!!????? It's a NON INTEREST BEARING ACCOUNT! Their exorbitant fees keep going up and WILL NOT be waved even if you are in the right. I will be pulling our accounts. The CUSTOMER should come first, but not at this bank any longer, I'm afraid. After 10+ years with Citizens Bank, I'm afraid I have to move on. (If the bank sees fit to properly rectify this situation, I may reconsider my rating to at least reflect that an effort was made to right this situation.)

So today when your Tannersville branch found out I needed to wire a large sum for the settlement of my home they decided to hold my funds, I will not make settlement in time and will loose this deal after moving 4hrs to a new place. When i tried to solve the problem all I got from numerous employees was lectured about opening accounts online and how your bank has the right to do it. OK you have the right to leave a family homeless, you must be so proud! So well camp ion front of the branch until we have funds to move, nothing else we can do..dont bank here they do not care ONE EVEN TOLD ME ITS AN INDEFINITE HOLD REALLY??? WHY ITS A LEGITIMATE CHECK AND IM THE OWNER DO NOT BANK HERE I hope I can find a news crew to tell my story too because itll keep me busy wile I wait for that indefinite hold
