  My payday is Friday but made a online payment on Thursday. Friday afternoon, realized that they resubmitted a payment. called immediately and was told to come in the next day, as it was close to closing, and they would cut a check for the payment. Got there the next morning with bank statement but was told nothing could be done for about a week. So now I’m just stuck with an overdrawn account because of company greed☹️.

  The manager pinky has became rude and very disrespectful.I took out a loan before with her and had no problems and she actually told me if I ever need another one just come back because I'll already be in the system.05-19-17 I came back she told me I need another check and proof of income from my job I left and came back with my friend with a check and on my phone i have a app with my job pay stubs and she told me it wouldn't do so I left and got it printed out and when I return she told me i need a bank statement she basically made me do the whole process over and I made a total of four runs because she didn't tell me everything I need it.she told me last time just come up here because we already got you in the system.If I would've known I had to do the whole process over I would've brought my material ready and prepared she refused to do it because it was closing time but my first trip there she was already in a bad mood then I came the next day and she told me she not doing it because I was rude when I simply explain to her that I wished she would've told me all I need instead making several trips because it was an emergency and she said that's not her problem.I told her the situation about my grandmother being hospitalized and she didn't seem to show any remorse and told me to go elsewhere.i advice anyone to go to sunset or two notch location because pinky got a nasty demeanor about herself

  Went into this office today and they were very friendly cheerfully and helpfully to what I needed. If you ever need a loan come to this branch.
