  From the beginning, Colette was so prompt and accessible and got us everything we needed for our home search. When we found our home, she communicated with all parties so that everyone stayed on top of what was needed to close. She worked really hard to help us close even earlier than our original date! Colette's professionalism, expertise, and communication skills made what could have been a very stressful closing so much better. We are SO happy our realtor recommended her!

  Colette Phillips and her team was awesome. They helped me refinance my old home to drop they payments down prior to applying for a construction loan. They made the construction loan process very easy and then rolled it right into a permanent loan and the end of construction. Highly recommend you give Colette a call if you are looking to refinance, build or buy an existing home.

  We worked with Colette to secure financing for a residential construction process. While we were previous homeowners, we had never built a house - so the process was considerably different. This is where Colette was amazing; she was thorough, patient, and prompt in responding to all of our many questions.   This bank has gone downhill the last 3 years. The customer service is severely lacking, The ATM machine malfunctions, and there is no local feel anymore.

  Stephen Roberts isn't the best mortgage officer you have. Called me way after business hours and sent me texts without identification. After I corrected him, I was called an idiot and an ass hole and was demeaned for my credit score. Hope you guys deal with him soon, or your gonna lose more potential customers.
