  Matt was awesome! He took several day’s before meeting with me to secure financing before I made the trip to Appleton. He was patient as we test drove multiple vehicles and he had a great sense of humor to boot. We walked out happy with the vehicle we wanted. Thank you. 1/7/202 update: Completely unprofessional. The vehicle I was sold did not have a working tailgate, this was not listed as inoperable on the window sticker. I immediately informed Matt of it the same day it was purchased and he promised it would get fixed by CarHop. Here we are 7+ weeks later and my tailgate is still inoperable, Carhop and Matt no longer return emails or phone calls. During our last conversation 2+ weeks ago Matt informed me carhop is not responsible for “cosmetic repairs”, I am not sure how a non functioning mechanic component of the vehicle is considered cosmetic. I will not ever recommend carhop to anyone.

  I went in this place didn’t think I was going to drive a car today. Seriously, one of the best experience I had with Serene the Branch manager. She got me a car that was affordable and my best interest. I would recommend anyone to serene. Thank you so much!

  Even though I was nervous about getting my own vehicle and I have never gone to a dealer before, Casey and John were helpful. Along with helpful they were very professional, but also friendly. Instead of just looking to make a sale they were looking to make a connection with their customers. And as someone who's loved sales since I can remember, they've got the golden rule (for sales) down pat. Just treat your customers like human beings. The environment there is very friendly, and they obviously care and trying to get you the best deal. Oh yeah, the car is pretty great too. Awesome selection for being such a smaller lot.

  Serene was great helpfu stayed open pasted closing to get us the car we wanted. After being turned down by other dealers. I would recommend that anyone looking for a good used car come here. The experience was excellent .

  Diane was such a NICE sales women. She didn’t make me feel pressured to buy any car that was not in my price range. Such a friendly, family-like atmosphere! Would recommend 10/10 to ANYONE looking for a car!! Much better than 199 Ride or any other “drive off the lot the same day” companies!!! EDIT!!! 2 weeks after buying my car from them, my frontal broke! $700 in repairs only 2 weeks after I got it!!! SUCH A RIP OFF! BETTER OFF GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!

  My experience with Carhop has been great. My husband and I just purchased our third vehicle from them and I can honestly say that the person we worked with was very friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to get us into the vehicle that we wanted. We are very happy with the vehicle and service that we received!!
