  Sales people are nice, not pushy, reasonably forward... They give you a feeling that you are supposed to be there and they came to work that day just to help you... That is an amazing quality! Bravo for that level of customer service you'll be hard pressed to find elsewhere- in ANY business...

  Made a bad financial decision at the age of 19 here. I believe the salesperson's name was Sebastian. Heavily miscommunicated my loan to me. Thought I was paying two thirds what I was actually paying. Thought it was two years instead of three years. Thought it was $100 down, not $600 down. Only let me choose between two cars overpriced by about $4,000. Ended up going through a repossession. I left a review in the past. But I will continue to leave reviews attempting to expose this used car lot because of the troubles and hardships they caused me. Save your time and hard earned money. A used car salesmen will screw you over for years if you're not careful. Prevent yourself from going through a nightmare. Also, please do not think this is the used car salesmen's fault. There is such thing as quality control and liability. If you put somebody in the position to screw somebody over, it's on you just as much as its on them.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a 03 chevy tahoe and within the first week the transmission went out. Then the brakes. The tires were worn down to wires before even the first month and they were unbalanced and out of alignment. Then the pitman and idler arm were worn down to nothing. Then the suspension is the worst I've ever had on any vehicle. I've had a reoccurring "reduce engine mode" since the first month and the issues continue to pile on. This place is a scam and they'll make you pay 10x what the actual vehicle is worth. Never buy from here. I was dumb and desperate at the time, so that's on me. Please stay away from this place. Go to Carmax, it's 0 down and they'll work with you to try and get the best car for you.

  Nicole was extremely helpful, she did everything she could to make sure I was happy with my options and that I could drive away ASAP. She took her time to hear out my concerns and acted accordingly.

  Ti-Aja helped me and my husband get a van for our family. I was so scared that we weren't going to get approved, but we did and got the van we wanted. They're quick and help anyone. Happy Tears thank you Ti-Aja you are truly the best.
