  When I first contacted Erik I was just doing inquiry because I had another property to sell that would improve my credit score. But Erik convinced me to get started and allow the pieces to fall into to place. He was right !!! In 1 month I took care of business and score jumped nearly 80 points. In two weeks I was closing with just the terms I wanted. Janice Anderson, processor, did a great job throughout the process to keep pushing forward. and Erik was the calming voice. Perfect !!!

  The experience of getting a mortgage can be trying so it’s important to work with someone who is extremely knowledgeable in their field and works well with their clients. This describes Erik to a tee! He is kind and patient and takes the time to work through all the twists and turns often encouraged along the way. He makes himself available well after his work hours to answer any questions and problem solve. My husband and I highly recommend him.

  Erik was very helpful with the whole mortgage process. Any time that I had any questions or concerns, Erik was very thorough and quick to answer. He sat down with me and explained how the process would unfold and showed me all the numbers along the way. I am grateful for all the help I recieved from him and his team.
