  I reached out to Cardinal Financial and connected with a Saint. Dale Prisk stayed right with me, even tho on paper I was a way less than ideal client. He listened to my circumstances, advised me every step of the way, stayed patient with me thru my frustration and stress and was so diligent in getting me approved. He and Theresa Poniewaz answered everything question I had and responded in such a timely manner. He was super awesome about answering every question even if I asked it five times. I highly recommend Cardinal Financial.

  I had the worst experience buying my first home, and Dale definitely stuck by my side through thick and thin. The first property fell through at closing, and I only had about 30 days before my lease was up in my apartment. After I found my next property, Dale helped get me to close in 15 days!!! I was even shocked he was able to move that quickly. If you are looking to buy a house, Dale will make sure it happens.

  Dale was so great to work with. He is always there to answer any calls or emails and I had a lot of them. He is so patient and works hard to get the job done.   We're a different kind of animal. Not only being a small business owner, not being married, having "great" credit tied in with the COVID-19 crisis, Eric was able to get our FHA loan to the finish line in just under 30 days.   It was time to refinance my house and Dale Prisk was the loan originator to do it!! He was an excellent communicator, helped me get all of the documents I needed together, and was very patient with my overnalyzing-type A personality! We closed on the refinance in 7 days!
