      Garbage bank, I'm out of state and need a new car and they won't answer the phone. Won't let me have someone go in for me and have me talk to them over the phone that way either even though I know all my information. Go to a different bank. Edit: If you guys had left everything the same instead of updating your app that worked perfectly fine before, you would not be dealing with all these issues. Best of luck to this bank, but I'm not impressed.

Our phones have been experiencing very high call volume right now and all of our incoming phone lines have been in use. Our team members have been working very hard to help each member calling in, but some members are still having difficulty getting through due to the sheer number of incoming calls. The good news is that we can still make outbound calls directly to members!       This bank will steal money from you at any opportunity it gets, whether it’s a simple mistake or somebody else’s they don’t care. Just another financial institution that will take advantage of you, they don’t care about you at all, only your money. Don’t bank here! I’ve been here for years, use to tell people to bank here, not anymore things have changed drastically. I’m serious when I say don’t bank here, run for the hills or at least for the next bank. Low quality service, I’ll be leaving by the end of the week

      I have been with FCCU for over 25 years. I used to recognize the tellers, and they knew me. Now there’s different tellers every time I go in. Additionally, we applied to refinance our house at the end of May. After providing numerous documents for the process we waited and waited. There was no response to numerous emails directed to Mike Gorman and Ann Williams until the end of August. Then, we had to start all over again! It’s now October and we are still waiting!

      We recently completed a re-finance through the Fort Community Credit Union with Whitney Townsend who was wonderful. She also did our original construction loan which went smoothly due to her organization through the process, keeping us updated of what was needed from us along the way and where we were standing in relation to the budget. I would highly recommend her and the credit union.

      Applied for a auto loan on 5/1/21 got a response back in about an hour not bad. I responded back with the information they asked for, and they said they would get back to me by the end of the day on Monday. didn’t get a response so I called Tuesday around noon and was told They’ll get back to me when they get back to me, what a great answer it’s now 5/11/21 still no word and the vehicle I was going to get is now sold. I went to them to get a loan because i had a auto loan through them before and didn’t have any issues, never missed a payment, paid back more then what the payments were and payed the loan off 2 years early so shouldn’t of been an issue to get another loan.

      This Credit Union shows the true value of a Credit Union over a Bank. The fees are lower than the other local financial institutions and they have their members best interests at heart. From instant issue debit cards, to a member rewards program for our debit cards, to member loyalty cash that is paid as an extra dividend to us as members every year, they truly have a high standard of providing their members with the best. Also, anytime I have needed a loan, they could not have made things easier. It can all be done online without me even having to come in! The same for opening a new account! Love it!
