  What a joke! My assigned agent had absolutely no idea about the loan process. It was up to me and my experience to double check his work and find his mistakes. Potential thousands of $$$ I found when double checking the documents prior to signing. Fees that were not applicable to me where included in the settlement agreement and needed to be corrected on day of settlement. Settlement papers were not up to date on date of closing. Company they recommended for settlement really dropped the ball (didn't actually pay my loan off causing potential damage to my credit. Only after I double checked with my mortgage company did I find this was true, what a nightmare!) I had to fight the whole way to keep my loan on track. Not a stress free process with them at all. While my agent was responsive, his lack of industry knowledge and overall understanding of the process was disappointing. Find a different firm you are looking to refi or buy your home.

  Andy Johnson was professional, efficient & knowledgeable. He actually walked me through this process carefully & respectfully. Stop shopping for fancy names that beg for your business & take more than they give. Andy Johnson & his team are experienced and excell at excellent customer service & satisfaction. Ask me, I know!   Josh was great, but the entire cardinal financial company was extremely unpleasant. No one could follow through in an efficient manner and my file was delayed for an outrageous amount of time because of poor communication and follow through. This refinance took 4 months, and tens if not hundreds of phone calls to Cardinal to move things forward. In the end I was able to refinance, but the headache and stress was not worth it at all.

  The entire staff was super friendly and professional,especially John Madeira he was with me from the start of my 2 year process. Walking me through everything I needed to do step by step,encouraged me to never give up,and was so patient when I would get frustrated or contact him a million times a day especially the last week. I can't say thanks enough and have already recommended him to a few people.

  I was more than a little nervous about the prospect of working with someone that I 1) found on the internet based on great advertised rates and 2) would never meet in person. I'd never purchased a home before and the entire prospect was daunting. As I began to discuss an application with Mike, I felt more comfortable with each passing conversation. He is kind, friendly, thorough, and knowledgable. I'm a tough client - extremely detail-oriented and very quick to pick up the phone - and Mike made himself available, and maintained his kind, patient demeanor throughout the process. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns professionally, and accurately. When all was said and done, the process was seamless and stress-free, my rate was better than every other offer, my closing costs were far below market, and I was a home owner with a lot more money (and likely time) than I would have had remaining had I worked with the other lender I was courting. This went so well that I was genuinely sad to close, and say goodbye to Mike....well, until we buy our next place!

  I had a pre-approval from my credit union and signed a contract based on that. When I approached Sebonic, (a Cardnial Financial Company) We had to close our deal within a month. Loan originator Tamara Eastridge was patient and knowledgeable to take questions from a first time home buyer like me. She answered, explained the process and mortgage jargons. On my part I had almost all the documentations needed in hand and I made sure bank was never waiting for any document or response from my side. Our response time to the bank for any of their queries was few minutes and response time to document requests was maximum of few hours. Also the Loan processor Heidi Ortiz was very helpful and responsive. On top of this goodness, their fees and rates were best in the market when I was shopping for mortgage rates. Though there were few hours of delays on the closing day, we did close on the planned closing date. Thanks to named ladies and others who helped behind the scenes to help us buy our first home. I strongly recommend Sebonic to all my friends and family.

  Had a great experience refinancing my primary residence with John. Considering it was done during Covid-19, John made the process easy and smooth for me from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend Cardinal in Allentown.
