  The loan officer initially contacted me and instead of asking for the documents to be sent, she called and emailed and texted me daily and stayed on the phone with me for hours with no purpose. When I finally asked her to ask what she needed to review my options, she sent me a loan request to sign and charged me for the appraisal. It appears that the loan was submitted however the expectations set were that the documents were going to be reviewed. I do not wish to do business with this company as they are misleading and charged me fees for the rate when I should have been given the option for that. I signed the paperwork as Cindy told me I had to that night even before I submitted all the documents needed. What she had me sigh was the loan itself and as I reached out to her after that she has not responded.

  I decided to go with Cardinal Financial for my 3rd home purchase and they honestly have been the most frustrating lender I have worked with. They never respond to their texts, phone calls, or emails and they do not support their word. I was told I was able to close early on my home (it was an urgent push due to my two jobs) but instead, now I'm closing even later than my expected close date. I have been very patient and kind throughout the process but at this point, I am extremely frustrated and upset with this lender. Their communication is absolutely horrible even after multiple attempts to reach out to them. Their fees may be "lower" but you honestly get what you pay for. Definitely not using this lender again, buying a home (let alone my third real estate purchase) should never be this frustrating.

  Our cash-out refinance was so quick and easy with Cardinal Financial. It was a total of three weeks from loan application until my loan was closed and money in the bank.They were all super professional and the communication was awesome! They never kept me in the dark or waiting days for a response. I highly recommend this company for any mortgage needs!

  Amazing experience, best I've ever had. They're all Rockstar's, absolute Rockstar's! You won't find anyone better. Kurt Goldberg and his associates are the best!

  I wish I could give this negative stars. DO NOT use this company. They will tell you want you want to hear they will promise you the world. They should be investigated and shut down. They are a bunch of liers. You would have a better experience dealing with the devil himself. I wish I had never done business with this company. They are garbage and will take advantage of you

  MORTGAGE LOOKERS BEWARE. This company will tell you that that they can get you a low rate, that is because they don't add everything to the numbers. Then they sell your loan to a different company who tells you that you owe more because not all everything was added.
