  Warren was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable during my loan process. I work in the mortgage industry and it's clear this company knows what they are doing. Warren was available any day needed, and was always quick getting back to me via email or phone call. I had an incredibly difficult loan to work with, being rejected by multiple other companies, mortgage solutions happily got me started and made it work. I highly recommend this company and will be working with them again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for helping me get a permanent home.

  My Mortgage Lender Roland Daniels and Heidi Griffith provided EXCELLENT Service to me and my family. Heidi was very punctual in responding to my questions regarding documents requested. She was very detailed and it made it so easy for me to get the documents in on time for closing. Roland was extremely patient in answering questions regarding signing the documents and even though I took the Homebuyers class, he taught me a world of knowledge. This journey with the Team was extremely a pleasant one knowing that they were there for us in any way possible. I am so glad that we chose them to be our go to for years to come. I feel like they are family. Hat's off to Roland and Heidi my House family!! 5 stars does not reflect the level of service they provided.

  Actually should be 6 ⭐️‼️ Absolutely the most efficient and professional mortgage service I have ever done business with. The streamlined application process and digital document signing and uploading was the best part. Warren and his team are veteran friendly and understand the VA Home Loan process better than anyone in the business. Warren also offers great advice and keen insight that allowed us to navigate the loan from qualifying to pre-approval to closing. If I could offer one piece of advice when you’re house-hunting, it would be to Call Warren as soon as you start your house hunt. Whether you’re a veteran or not, but especially if you’re a Veteran, go with Warren and Mortgage Solutions

  I had a wonderful experience with Mortgage Solutions, Dena Hong-Yee, in particular. She managed my refinance quickly and smoothly. I am very needy and ask a lot of questions; Dena was always available to me, whether through text or actual calls she always answered quickly. I was able to close very quickly which enabled me to buy a new vehicle before the new year, which we all know, is a good thing. Thank you Dena and the Veteran who started Mortgage Solutions. As Veterans, we are not always seen and seldom appreciated, I encourage ALL Veterans to finance or refinance with Mortgage Solutions, and again, more specifically Dena Hong-Yee, she is in CA but I am in NV and she will soon be licensed in all 50 states. Yay Dena, Congratulations on all your hard work!

  The entire team at Mortgage Solutions has been so helpful! From Warren quickly getting approved for an FHA Loan to all the underwriters helping me. They were all professional and so helpful with any questions I had! Warren was there literally 24/7 with all the answers to my questions!

  I can't put into words the amount praise I have for Candice Frye! As a first time home buyer and coming in from out of state, I had NO idea what I was facing and scared crazy by all the lending horror-stories I'd heard. I had previously tried 2 other lenders at first and both failed from the beginning to calm an irrational panic attack and just wanted me to buy *anything*. Candice held my hand and any time I was afraid of a pending step, she was there to calm the storm with reliable information and a confidence built from her experience. From the beginning, she she was confident this would be a smooth process... turns out she was right! I get my keys tomorrow!

  Candice went above and beyond our expectations!. We were looking for a lower interest rate and due to some financial issues we had in the past we were paying higher mortgage interest rates than we wanted to. Candice and Mortgage Solutions worked hard for us and were able to get us a lower interest rate and saved us over $500 a month in mortgage payments. They are professional, hard working and exceptional. Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed.

  Thank you is not enough to express how grateful we are to Ms. Charlene Perez. My dad, mom, and sister bought their first house here in Las Vegas last October. Ms. Charlene is the most helpful and passionate mortgage loan officer we’ve ever met. She made it possible for my dad, mom, and sister to get their home. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure that customers are fully aware of the home buying process. She explains each detail with patience. She makes sure to give us gentle reminders for papers or documents that need to be submitted. She reviews each piece and ensures that she convey the message fully to my parents and sister. It didn’t matter how late it was, or if it falls on a weekend, Ms. Charlene will jump on her computer to help us submit the needed pre-approval or other loan-related documents.   Valerie was amazing throughout the whole process. She made sure she communicated with me and let me know how easy I made her job.
