  I've been a Credit Union member for 36 years. So happy that Cardinal merged with my previous union. Cardinal employees are always friendly and helpful. The Austintown branch is much more convenient. The no-fee coin cash machine inside the lobby is a nice feature for members.

  I have been with this bank for about 3 years now. I will say the staff is friendly and they know me by name and face. always welcoming and smiling. The only issue I have with Cardinal is that the locations are limited so ATM access is also. Also when funds are not authorized from my account and misappropriated the response and policies surrounding such issues aren't taking swiftly and considerately. I have accounts with Key bank and Citizens as well.

  This was one of the few financial institutions that offered the lowest refinance rate and the support and cooperation was tremendous! I am so glad I joined Cardinal Credit Union. I am now doing all financial responsibilities with Cardinal: Checking, Savings, 457 (b) since I am retiring, and a credit card. Thank you to all who made the refinance a short and thorough process!!

  When my Dad past and my mom needed a bank , you let me put her on my account . she knew that it wasn't her own but you made her feel like it was .you explained everything to her , when we left she said that was the best experience with a bank that she ever had. I would like to just say thank you for all that you do

  I don’t go to the actual office to often be cause the online services are on point. But when I do go the service is what keeps me a member. The staff is friendly and helpful and courteous. I’ve been a member for almost 50 years and will continue to be a member.

  Hello, I am a member of Cardinal Credit Union and use the Austintown Branch. I would like to say how wonderful Teller Kim Zagorianos is. She knows all of our members names and she is always cheerful, patient and helpful. What great customer service!! She and the other tellers have been the reason why I am still a member there. Some people don't want online banking. Some, like me, still like the personal relationships with the credit union that knows your name. Kim is great and I hope the credit union does everything they can to keep great employees like her. Thanks Kim!!
