  This is my story: This is the worse experience of my life. Don't matter what you are going through please be aware. I made the desperate mistake of taking out a title loan with this company, I got sick, lost my income. I tried to settle with this company after borrowing 10,000 from them they refuse to settle or care about my situation, they said I own them 3 times the amount that I borrowed, even though I already paid them back over 10,000 in just interest. They said the are very upfront and clear about the loan, but I feel like they took advantage of me in my desperate hour and after giving them my income information they new that I would fail on the loan and they would be able to take my car which at the time was wort more then 5 times the loan. they even encourage me to get other loan with other car with them of which i did, and to get out of it I sold that car. But now the my only car left which they hold the title is now wort less then 40,000 so they will make 3/4 times of the 10.000 I borrow from them. they owner has been very cold and told me that he don't care about my situation, when i asked him if Its ok for me to go ahead and sell my car which is my only car, and pay him the 10,00 along with a settle offer, he said, no i own him my entire car. I live in FL and this loan was obtain in GA. I give them my military dependent income at the time and according to their rules, you should have enough income and they knew i did not. This is a sad situation. I wish i did not get involved with this company. Be careful military dependents who live on fix income in Florida. Florida do not have these loans these 300%/400% title loans

  Nikki is an absolute jewel of a human being and an inspiring ambassador for her employer. I was on my way to another business when her call came in - I actually turned my car around and gave Nikki the business instead. I knew after only a minute on the phone with her, this person was an honest- to-goodness straight shooter and someone truly committed to making sure customers are treated right...She shared her simple customer-service philosophy with me: Treat your customers the way you would like to be treated...with kindness, patience, understanding and respect. Don’t go anywhere until you speak with Nikki first!

  This is the third time I have done business with Carbucks of Georgia. I have always been treated very nice by the staff and especially Nikki. She has always been helpful in taking my calls, and answering any questions for me. I would highly recommend Carbucks, their staff, and especially. Ms. Nikki.

  I love these ladies! Due to an injury at work,our money was tight. We went to Carbucks,not knowing anything! Nikki and Linda guided us through. They were professional but personable. They put at ease and made a bad situation better. I would highly recommend Carbucks to anyone. Thanks Nikki,thanks Linda for easing my mind about bills at such a critical time!

  My experience with Carbucks of GA was a positive experience. The staff was always helpful, courteous and friendly. Linda was always a pleasure to talk with, and was always willing to help in anyway possible. She demonstrated the highest level of professionalism any one can demonstrate; and Linda is a great asset to the organization she represents.   This business went above and beyond with un yielding efforts to assist me in obtaining a loan through them. I'm so thankful and blessed to have been put in their path. Nikki and her boss are a credit and example of outstanding customer service.

  The owner of this business is a crooked man. He hired a tow company to aggressively chase me and follow me from state to state to cease my vehicle without proper procedures. I almost lost my life and I have witnesses. I am scarred very badly. He calls from a private number because he know he is running a bad business. This business needs to get shut down it’s a false advertising that he use. They will give you a title loan and breech your peace before your due date of payment. Very dangerous people to deal with. He took my car when there was no payment due yet and I have all the proof. Please help help me shut this awful place down. They also went to my residence and lied to my leasing office to break in my apartment. They made up fake court orders and said I hit 3 people . This place needs to get reported! Please don’t ever do business with them!

  With respect to the above review: The person who posted this review came to borrow a significant amount of money from our company. Full coverage insurance was a requirement of the title pawn transaction. Shortly after having completed the pawn transaction, she fraudulently created a fake document (spelling our company's name incorrectly, copying our logo and fraudulently signing one of our employees name's) releasing our interest with her insurance company. The vehicle was involved in a front end collision and the claim was denied by her insurance company for fraud. After giving us the title, she fraudulently obtained a duplicate title from the State of New York, blocking us perfecting our security interest. Our only option was to repossess the vehicle to protect our interest in her vehicle. She also called multiple pizza companies and had pizzas delivered to our office. Real mature! Unfortunately we have no way of defending ourselves from this thief, her actions and this bogus negative review.

  Definitely a great company they wer there in my time of need Anna is such a sweet great person and so is Mrs.Linda. If you need a loan this is a wonderful and best place to go. Also you get cash just for referring someone I will recommend everyone to go to carbucks for future loans they are amazing!!!!!

  Loan sharks. Run don't do it. Scams. The will call you any hour day or night to get you into their trap, especially if you have a nice car. Very crooked business.

  We do not proactively contact potential customers for loans. I am sorry for your experience. We are not a scam. Everything regarding the process is explained prior to funding.
