  Kevin is a pleasure to work with and is extremely good at giving you options and staying on top the process from beginning to end. We used him for a refinance and a purchase now with a much better result than going direct to lender. We weren’t ready to buy a house but the opportunity came and I didn’t think it was possible. Kevin pulled out his bag of tricks to improve credit, get a better rate, and have a low down payment. You won’t regret giving Coastal Mortgage a call when shopping around.

  Kevin was recommended to us from another realtor in the area. I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had. He is not only extremely knowledgeable in all types of loans, but he was with us every step of the way. He responded with great patience to every question or concern I had in a timely manner. It honestly felt like he was an old friend from day one. I would highly recommend him. We had a VA loan and lots of concerns. He knows what he is doing. We had an easy close and a wonderful experience.

  Eliane helped me get a fantastic loan so I could purchase my first home! She was referred to me through a friend, and even though she wasn’t local for me, she helped me get the best possible loan after shopping around at other places. She answered all of my questions, and as a first time home buyer, I had ALOT. She even informed me on a class I could take to help reduce my closing costs to save me more money!   Between purchasing or refinancing my homes, I’ve "experienced" the mortgage process on 7 different occasions. Hands down, Eliane Smith made this my easiest experience by far. From the day I just stopped by her office asking about a refi, to closing day, Eliane was a joy to work with. She had basically handled the bulk of the process (helping complete my application) while I sat across from her day one in her office. During the process I always felt like she was truly “working” on my behalf to secure me the best rate and plan for me. From inquiry to close was only 33 days and that was over the Christmas and New Year holidays. She’s simply the best, an A+ experience.

  Kevin ran me through many options and gave me pro's and con's for all before we settled on one. He knew a lot of my situation from a prior re-fi and gave me different scenarios which i appreciated. We were able to lock before stuff started going back up. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. He's my go-to for any future mortgage purchases/refi's. Highly recommend!!

  Being a first time homebuyer there is a lot of stress. Eliane Smith went over and above to take so much of that away. She handled everything professionally and with rapid speed. We had a deadline to move and she made it happen. The last week before closing my father had passed. I was a mess, but she was right there to walk me thru the final things needed to close on time. Daily text messages to let me know we were on track and pace to close by the end of the week. I would highly recommend anyone to her moving forward, she is amazing at what she does! Thank you Eliane so much for all you have done for me and my family!!!

  As a REALTOR it is important for me to be able to depend on the lender. Both Kevin and Eliane are awesome to work with. They work hard to find the right loan product for the Buyer. The Buyer is not passed from person to person. You work with them from loan application to closing. This eliminates so much confusion. The Buyer's are always happy with them. Communication is very important. They both keep everyone in the loop.
