  This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with ***PLEASE BE WARE*** I have been dealing with them for a yr now, and have had nothing but a horrible experience, I can not wait until I am done paying this car off with them. not only did they refuse to listen to my concerns or my complaints they lady continued to hang up on me multiple times and refused to transfer me to a manager. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general office. there is a lot of mis calculations with there fees and I never signed for the transfer of my car loan to "car financial services" or the fees associated. on top of this the car that was sold to me had a Title Lien on it for someone else and i was un ware of this until I went to an actual dealership and tried to trade it in. **horrible** and car financial refused to hear my concerns I got hung up on. they said I had been late on 3mnths of payments and added 1200 to my loan amount and when I called in to see what that was about because I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT BUT PAY EARLY EVERY MONTH. and they said they know nothing about the addition, I litterly have it on a statement that was sent by car financial TO ME, but I was told by them that that was just nothing not to worry WTF!!.. I ADVISE YOU TO PLS BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. NO GOOD.

  This is the worst company ever. They will fraudulent obtain ur account and Rob u. Don't buy from this company. Give them their car back and file bankruptcy u will better off. Disrespectful people that work here. They do straight bad business and they all know it.. that's why they all rude everyone that works here

  Worked with this company for 10+ years and it helped my dealership grow its book of business tremendously. Alan and Maureen were there to help with my business needs and provided a fast and professional service. Fully recommend to other dealers wanting to increase cash flow and size of portfolio.

  Every time I make a payment I always put money towards my principal but they don’t do it like that they instead put the money towards the payment in the long run it still works against the interest but doesn’t short term so my payments will stay high as well as take a lower credit check return when checking credit till it’s almost paid off fully. I didn’t realize this when I got my car but my car I had before this was on its last leg I needed a new car to start my new job.. now I have a child on the way and need a larger vehicle well my credit won’t allow it even tho I’m in good standing and paying two weeks early every payment. Car salesmen think I’v lied but I’m not and need a truck I’m stuck in this till at least midway. NEVER BUYING WITH THEM AGAIN.

  This is a horrible business!!! I pay extra, it is on time (unless there are issues with the postal service due to holidays). They still call to harass. They refuse to get a manager. They are ignorant, but blame uoubto feel better. I regret the day my car company closed and sold the note.

  Terrible communication...they cancelled my plates twice for trying to work with them on payments after moving cross country and they refused to assist with that told my husband i hadnt made payments in over a year and after all that let me pay my truck off and gave me the run around for weeks trying to get my title..and i still have not recieved it...go elsewhere

  Can’t wait until I finish paying off next month, not a single late payment to date, get up 12 calls one after another at any given time. What’s your deal people? You’re the worst.

  Haven't really had a bad interaction with them. So I'll have to wait and see. Will update review of needed. But I am sure everything will be just fine.
