  We have bought from Car city before and had the best service. We also bought another vehicle from another dealer and had nothing but a headache and problems with them. They did not seem to want to help us. Car city has always been there from the time we walked into the door. They treated us like family and did their best to get us what we wanted. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I tell people you need a car go nowhere else but Car City. I have recently acquired another vehicle from these guys. Thank you

  They are so helpful and nice. Jeff was perfect and so nice to my daughter Jocelinn while she was getting her car. Highly recommend them. Have to add to my review. I locked my keys in the my car and while I was asking them for their address for my insurance they said oh we can get it open. They did with their handy tool. Awesome customer service, go above and beyond

  This location is a joke I paid for the extended warranty. I took it in during the first 30 days to have my vehicle serviced the shop told me there’s nothing wrong with my car. I got a second quote which said that there was something wrong so I took it back in.Again I was told there’s nothing wrong with my car and had to pay $100 each time to be told there’s nothing wrong with it. When I was in contact with the warranty company who told me it should’ve been covered and they did absolutely nothing for me. After this I brought my key in to have it fixed by a locksmith as it would not unlock my door. Car city told me it was done I came to pick up my car and the key still did not open the door. Unless a part is completely failed and you’re stuck on the side of the road warrantees do not do anything for you with car city. I pay all this money for this car and they don’t even help me with anything that I paid for.

  Clean cars, very helpful sales staff, very quick. Update (may 2020) just traded in the chrystler I bought from them in 2016. Mike and Mitchell were awesome. Got me the exact truck I picked out. Had paperwork mostly done when I got there. Truck was immaculate, everything I wanted. Nothing down and they even gave me a gas card. 10 stars guys. Thanks for making it enjoyable. Edit 2021: got into a wreck with my last truck, car city and orbit was amazing with paying it off and getting me another one. Will was great, he is the nicest guy and a good sense of humor, got my new truck all ready to got for me. Thanks everyone.
