  I'm not happy w their service, both of the Manager & the woman there was very rude, treat me badly, making me wait forever & asking too many questions that is none of their business & not trying to help me nothing, threaten to calling the police on me when I didn't do nothing wrong. That's not how u treat ur customer. smh They're wasting my time & don't help me nothing, very bad service & just give me a headache. All I want is some help & they can't even do their job right but just like to be nosy in pple business & be rude to them.smh I would rate as Zero for their bad service.

  If I could give it a zero I would this place is ridiculously slow always only one teller no matter how many people are in line. The only reason I come here is I have to deposit checks for work, I would never use B of A especially this branch.

  Every time I come to this location they only have1 teller, 5 windows and 1 teller. It's not a lack of employees because there are typically 5 or more people standing around with hand helds. However, everyone needs the teller every time. Always a long wait just due to what seems a simple misplacement of associates. Currently 1:19 on a Wednesday and the line is out the door.

  Do not do business with bank of America. They don't care about people. We are new to the city and needed quarters to do laundry. This bank would not exchange $40.00 for quarters. There is no option to do mobile pay in the laundry in the apt. The manager told me she didn't care and didn't want our business. We are looking for a bank in the area and it won't be bank of America. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

  The wait was over 45 minutes before I said to heck with it and took my new business elsewhere. And as I was waiting, an employee came over and very rudely told me that they don't take walk ins, that I had to get an appointment. But I was told to wait for someone to help me at the beginning of my long wait. I will NEVER go to or recommend this bank to anyone. Shame on them. And I only gave 1 star because you need one to make a review.

  The branch manager was extremely rude and was not helpful in any way. They have a new policy that unless you have an account with them they will not cash a check written out to you or your business. Evidently you have to be a customer to get service of any kind. I will never step foot in a bank of America branch again. Steven Whitbeck Owner of Beltline Heating 15 years in business and have never been treated so rudely.

  The bigger black woman... Rolanda? She needs to work on her customer service skills. Her attitude takes a stressful situation to a whole new level. We are ALL busy people who don't need her judgement or rudeness. Literally the worst service I've experienced was with her. And I'm saying that despite haven't to wait in line forever because they are so understaffed. also while I was in line waiting rolanda was yelling at someone on the phone because they didn't understand what the issue was. I don't care who you are or what job you do... if you speak to customers the way she does, you don't deserve a job. Especially to act that way in front of a line of customers.

  By far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with this location lacks good customer service my debit card never work even when I wanna make a withdrawal when I go in to cash my check my account always has a flag on it saying I have to wait to receive money for verification I feel like a criminal whenever I come to that bank, I’m closing my accounts tomorrow I was gonna invest in a ira but not with them....✌🏿

  Worst branch; every time I come here there’s one teller working but other employees just walking around. Had my debit card stolen n had to call u guys numerous times to finally get one....very unprofessional and I do not recommend your specific branch to anyone

  There is something wrong with the branch manager or whatever his official title is. He appears to be a slacker since he will keep you holding un necessarily when you are with him. He will ask stupid questions and make funny faces. I wonder how he is still employed?
