  Giving my dogs treats when ever I come thru the drive thru with my dogs, and even on occasion, because they know me well, treats passed on even without the dogs-- make visiting this bank the highlight of my dog's life, as well as mine! The people get to know me so it's like a family now. Very professional , and friendly, helpful people♡

  As a former employee of Cap Fed in the early 80's it's hard to impress me, but Elsa at the Lawrence KS, Iowa St branch blew me away! Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and very patient with the account changes my 89-year old mother needed to make. Capitol Federal still rocks and thanks Elsa for all you do!❤👍

  For a $12 overdraft during a difficult time in my life 15 years ago, they garnished my paycheck for over $800. These reviews talk about how they had a good experience with a teller once upon a time, but is it worth $788?

  Just opened an account and the service was excellent! Dora at the Lawrence branch was very efficient, helpful and friendly, like talking to a friend. The assistant manager Jessica at the Overland Park branch went out of her way to get to make sure all the added account details were done quickly, super sweet lady.

  We get great service here. They are always quick to be available and get the job done. Everyone is professional/formal, a feature you DO want in people that handle your money

  Inconsistent and passive aggressive tellers. Less than mediocre customer service. Recommend going to different location if you can.

  An older man came over to help me with a deceased frozen account. He was rude, condescending and patronizing! I would not recommend this bank.

  This bank is one of the few local, regional banks. Their staff is always friendly and helpful.
