      If I could rate them less than 1 star I would, I recently closed on a property with this title office and soon after I was contacted by Dallas County that there was an issue with the title transfer and this office gave me the run around and said I needed to fix the issue myself! After you close don't expect anything from this title company you are on your own, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, I'm now having to hire an attorney to fix the issue since the title company couldn't do their job properly. Nightmare!
