  Made an appointment, showed up on time followed all their processes for check in. Waited 30-40 mins past my scheduled time, only to be cut off by someone with out an appointment. The banker asked the person if they were me, the other customer said no. After explaining to the other customer that they didn’t have an appointment, the banker went ahead and helped them anyways. With no consideration for my time, or scheduled appointment. They didn’t even come over to apologize, or try to remedy the situation. Horrible customer service, will no longer be considering their services.

  My husband has forever bragged on Shelly Renfro at the bank. I recently was waited on by her and I understand now why he thought so highly of her. So friendly and helpful. All the staff in Rockwall branch are professional and friendly.

  The Rockwall CUTX is outstanding with their service. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Shelly Renfro took extra time today to help us with a financial matter. Others in that office have so helpful also and always with a smile.

  The ATM is a waste of time, just go inside and talk to the workers. They're kind and can always help a lot quicker. The way that they built in the ATM drive-thru situation is horrible! You might as well get out of your car to deposit or withdrawal. But, nonetheless, the employee's are incredibly kind.

  Went in with my wife to make an account, they literally took someone without an appointment in front of us even though we had a scheduled appointment and had been waiting 40 mins past our appointment time. We got up and walked out. Bad customer service.

  I went on a Saturday half hour before they closed. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. They had a nice young man greeting each individual customer as we walked in. Connor opened my account and explained things thoroughly. I highly recommend this location for your banking needs!

  Very unfriendly branch to use, the tellers act like it's a bother helping you. I normally use the branch on 190 in Irving near my work and I cannot believe the difference in the two.

  Great service here, tellers are amazing and the bankers! Shelly provides wonderful, fast and flawless service! Next time i come inside, i want shelly to do my transactions lol!! 😂! Also that janitor y’all have does a wonderful job! She cleaned the front door so Nicely, Hope y’all appreciate her as well! Will definitely come back to this location!
