  Warning - use a different title company if you can! This has been the poorest closing I have ever experienced - I did a 'virtual closing' at the request of Clarkston Title. The attitude of the person assigned to my closing was so unprofessional & after 30 days I still have not received the completed documents from them.

We are in unprecedented times with COVID, and have had to alter our business practices in order to comply with the Governor's Executive Orders as well as in order to keep you and our employees safe. Virtual closings with the Governor's orders are new to all of us, and we are definitely learning as we go along. It has been a very tense time for us all during this pandemic.   Worst ever! Very unprofessional. Multiple inaccuracies in paperwork, be careful if you use them for a closing, check all amounts carefully.

  Fast efficient closing, but they did put the wrong date on our check which caused some last minute scrambling.
