  The worst bank worst service ever !!!!!! They take your Deposit without a problem you go to use your account they tell you your account is frozen you call their customer service number to unfreeze the account you go to use the account the next day they tell your account is closed then you ask for the money thats been sitting in your account they tell you you have to wait 15 days for a check to be mailed out to you !!!!? I have never had an experience like this in my life with any bank!!!!

  Never had any issues with this location. That said, I JUST found out that this location is going to be closing down in the near future. 🙁

  I haven't had a pleasant experience with Capital One since I opened up my account. The only reason I visit this particular branch is because it's close to my employer. The wait to speak to a rep is always 30 mins or longer and the tellers never seem happy. I'm truly debating on closing my account soon.

  Going inside for a teller is usually fine. Trying to do anything via the drive-thru is another story entirely. I have yet to wait less than ten minutes for a transaction to even be acknowledged, and the tellers are rather snippy and rude when you call to make sure things are okay. Not great.

  Great place. The tellers are present and pleasant . The atmosphere is warm and welcome . I just think they need more bank tellers. Yes I did wait 1 time too long.

  The teller was very nice and tried her best to be helpful but she clearly was new and had no clue what she was doing.. spent 30 minutes trying to make a temporary card only for her to be unsuccessful leaving me frustrated and ready to close my accounts.. I’ve had issues with capital one cards since day one and I’m just over them

  Came to this location for the first time, because I had a couple questions about my account. It was a Saturday, over 30 minutes waiting because they only had one person. Very disappointing
