  Don’t have health issues and try to work for Capital One. You miss days for passing out for a heart condition and ending up in the ER you’re subjected to being fired. Trash company. I didn’t choose to have 4 different heart conditions. I didn’t choose to pass out randomly. I didn’t choose this life. But Capital One does NOT care about their employees. I wasn’t there quite a year so I didn’t qualify for FMLA. Sat down with my boss today and was told that we all have policy and procedures to follow for attendance. So that being said, my heart condition I can’t control is what ultimately ended my job. Think about that for a second and just wow. This is how companies do their employees.

  I just opened a 360 checking account and I love it. I went in this morning and the teller was happy to assist me. I'm thankful to know my money is protected.

  This is absolutely the slowest branch ever. They have like 5 tellers and it still takes 45 minutes. I've worked at a bank before and we were never this slow...

  The capital one bank has my personal account and business account and they have always handled my accounts with the utmost discretion and care. They even helped me download and input the information for my banking apps. They are so friendly and helpful. I love this bank.

  So, I walked into this branch and get the most amazing news. I never have to go in another unless I need $. This nice woman named Ms. Fergerson help me take a picture of my work check and the funds were added to my account. I truly found this info to be amazing cause it's definitely a huge time saver and who wants to go to the bank and wait in line after working 9hrs.

  This is the worse bank I could ever have banked with. They never answer the phone and they always taking money out of my account. Nothing I do works I will immediately remove my account amd never bank with them ever again. I would not recommend capital one to no one not even my enemies.

  Their atm will eat your money and card and their only response is we can file a claim, but that's it. And they won't even turn the machine off so it won't happen to the next person. Worst banking experiences of my life are with these people.

  Chris we do also alert our ATM team; they dig to see what happened and resolve. Whether it's a one off or if there is indeed a technical hiccup. We'll follow up with the team to make sure everything is back on track.

  I’ve been banking here for four years now and I can easily move my PayPal to my bank account or my debit card through capital one within seconds were some banks might take 2 to 3 days which I think is ridiculous.

  It's best to go inside this branch instead of over the phone. Just gave this branch a call and the person that answered was not experienced like she doesn't understand English. Best advice, walk-in only
