Martin Brady5One of the best experiences I’ve had at any bank. The ladies go out of their way to make you as a customer feel important. A special shout out to Phyllis Beckett for her white glove service.
Response from the ownerPhyllis is one of a kind, and we're glad you two were able to connect! We'll be sure to pass along the kudos to her and the rest of the team. ☺️ ^JM

A R1I wish I can give zero stars. I only use my debit card at this location. Never online, at stores etc. Only here. And guess what, my card was hacked and they even got the pin number. The ATMs are not safe. Capitalone refuses to check the machines for a shimmer device. They are in denial that the thieves know more than them. You are not safe here!!!

Evander Portes1Lost my debt card went in to the location to get help no greeting or anything rep looked like she was ready to leave . The hol time I’m there trying to figure out how to replace my debt card she was holding side conversation with another rep . I asked twice how do I replace it thru the app she was so busy chatting she didn’t hear me . This place is terrible it used to be such a good location the people used to be helpful. I didn’t get the reps name but she was a short African American female. I simply walked out and still don’t know how to replace my debt card . Get it together

lisa tam1I wish I can give a negative point but the lowest I can do is one star. Today I was in need for some cash so I went to this bank with my PNC card. I don’t mind paying the ATM fee. As I went in to the machine to get money, my card got stuck in the machine. Then I saw there is someone inside the bank, so I called for help! Then she told me that she can’t help me to get my card back because that machine is out of service. However, on the machine, there is “NO SIGN” there stating the machine is out of order!!!! I even asked if you have a tool for me to pull the card out of the machine. Next, there is someone behind the machine and took my bank card. When I saw that, I asked if she can give me back my card. She said, she can’t give the card back to me and she will destroy it. At this uncertain time right now, it is a very small thing that she could’ve just give my card back, since the other guy got my card out of the machine. However, she refused to do so. Do you call this professional ???? You decide.

Apostle Sheila James3Went to open a non profit business account and no one seemed to know the process. The woman who did my paperwork told me one thing, I went to another branch and the man there told me something total different. Went back to Westside branch and heard another story because the woman who initially did my paperwork went on lunch. Who really knows what they are doing at these branches? The employees should have the same information so I thought, but that wasn't so. I went back to add a representative and was told the person had to come with 2 forms of ID and then it turned into another long process. I hope someone finds out what the correct procedure is so that these things won't happen in the future. It's not professional when no one seems to know what the process is.
Response from the ownerHi Sheila! Thanks for sharing feedback with us about your recent branch visit. We'll share your experience with our branch leadership so that they can provide feedback to the team. Thanks again. ^AB

Daniel Cancel1Disrespectful staff. They’re also severely slow when helping customers. Go to a different Capitol One and save yourself the stress
