  I wanted to thank Dinia Lovo at the Georgetown M Street NW Washington DC branch. I bank a Truist and several other banks for business and family matters. Today I needed help notarizing a document and Dinia Lovo went out of her way to help me. She was not only efficient and professional but she was personable and kind. Being a person who employs people and works with clients I was very appreciative of the good service. Truist is lucky to have you on their team you are a rare find in the world we live in today.   Trash. No one in there knows what they’re doing. If you want your money safe stray away from Truist or any new garbage merger these banks have going on.

  Been coming to this location for a few years now job related almost on a daily basis. The whole team has been great. Lucas, Christine and Tatiana are all pleasure to deal with. However I will not step my foot in this branch as long as the nasty manager with a last name Ali is there. I would consider closing my account which I had for about 6-7years with them, but it would significantly complicate my job. Not only she has nastiest attitude with clients, I have noticed her talking down to tellers and customers rushing out upset on a multiple occasions. I guess my turn has come. You would think that a MANAGER has to have some people skills and be customer satisfaction driven. I hope that one day she gives her attitude to a wrong client who will take there business somewhere else(since they obviously dont care about smaller accounts) and that nasty woman will get fired.

  One of the most incredibly inefficient and unpleasant experiences I’ve had in a bank. The person that attended me Dinia Lovo, is the epitome of complacency and mediocrity. I was in town from Tennessee, I do wires on a daily basis at my local Suntrust, it takes 3 minutes per wire. Dinia Lovo had me sitting in that bank for FIFTY (50) minutes to do TWO wires. While she sat there clueless, lackadaisical, uninformed complaining about her manager and her work place. As an employer, I can see why the management dislikes her: poor customer service, unpleasant topics of conversation, intentionally lazy, ineloquent, destructive of the management and company , full of excuses when confronted. I feel sorry for her coworkers and her supervisors.
