  It's very frustrating when you get to the bank 5 minutes before they close and although it's after 5pm when they wait on the vehicle in front of you, they refuse to wait on you, and don't even say, "sorry, we're not able to help you today." They just act as though you aren't there and haven't been waiting in line for 12 minutes. Normally this is a great location, with very pleasant employees, but today they failed me.

  Isha was great! She helped me get a credit card through the online portal to see which credit cards I qualify for without affecting my credit score. It was quick and easy and she was very efficient throughout the whole process.

  Run as fast as possible away from Capital One. They give you good rates on Credit Cards or Money Market Accounts but only open an account if you want to do EVERYTHING online only. They have absolutely no support at the branch level. While the bankers are pleasant enough, they cannot do anything that you could not do online. In fact, we had an issue and were referred right back to the website. It was very easy and have not had problems at other banks. Please do yourself a favor and find some other form of banking because you will lose all of the support you would get from other major banks (in the IT manner).

  I always have problems with the people that work here. They are friendly but not knowledgeable. Closed my account that I was sharing with someone else without my consent and still wouldn’t let me deposit my checks in the account that is still open, even though I’ve never had this issue before. You’re better off choosing another bank.

  I had some issues with my account and initially went to the Vienna branch. There I was taken care of by Lani who normally works at this Oakton branch. I have to say Lani was very patient and professional in helping me get my problems resolved. She even called a week later to follow up and give me an update. Thank you Lani.

  While paying my credit card bill of $2,000 Capital One Credit Dept. took $7000 unauthorized out of my account and did not return my money for 9 days. Good Luck with these criminals

  Employees have no clue about Capital One products. Sounds like high school kids working at this branch I have a number of investments at different banks, etc. This is the worst.made me want to cancel my products with them

  Terrible. I have 5 accounts. 2 business and line of credit. People who works there don’t care. Clueless place. It used to be awesome place 7-8 years back when the team was very hands on.
