  After being shut down for an unspecified time, I saw it open again much to my surprise. Service is as good as always, I just wish they would be more reliable as to operating days and hours.

  If there branch should close down. I'll close my accounts and move to another bank. This location is so convenient for the co op city residents and neighboring communities why would you want to close it down

  I love the staff at this branch. This capital one bank is a very friendly bank. I love their upgrades. I am always at the ATM though as much as I love the Tellers there. They gave me very great good options and break things down easily and very supportive. They have coffee while you wait and help you warm up in the winter time and wake up for early morning banking like I always do. I do get a bit disappointed on how quick a long line can build up when waiting for the teller. But like I said, I go to the ATM most times, so if you are in a rush or want super super quick banking, please be prepared for a little wait. I still give this bank a decent rating via it's a good setting. Eat.Shop.Play. Live Life Unscripted...

  I love their hours. They close when i finish work. That means, they are NEVER OPEN because they hate their clients. Why else would you close when people come out of work? Someone said they're open Saturdays? Because they Hate Jews.. Why else would you be open on Saturdays and closed Sunday? Look at your calendar Cap One! Sunday is always the first day of the week! Hint hint!

  This is an excellent Capital one bank location it has two walk-ups ATM machine. One drive-thru ATM & another ATM inside. You can choose what type of bill denomination bill you get all the ATM machine from 1 to 100 dollar bills at all the ATM here. The staff seems pleasant, the lines are always quick & short.

  I love this bank. The people that work here are really polite and go the extra mile to help you when you need it. This is a great bank to do business with.

  This locations atm ate my money ... specifically I deposited a large amount of cash new year eve even requested a receipt the atm did not process the cash only gave me less than half back and did not process in the system and just my luck the bank closes so early I’m on the phone for a good hr to file a claim and even the Customer services is trash and filed the wrong amount . all the proof I have is the cameras and I’m ready to Sue if I don’t see the amount I deposited ! DO NOT USE THE ATM HERE

  If you want to deposit or withdraw, this is the right location for you. But if you want to speak to a representative to open an account or any of that, this is definitely the wrong place..you will wait forever

  It's a great place to do business with easy maintenance fees I love that.
