      The atm shut down while making a deposit never gave us our money back or deposited it had to call the support line because this capital one is closed on Saturdays and they said it could take anywhere from 10 to 45 businesses days to get our money back because they have to do an investigation

      I live in West St. Tammany and have been with Capital One about 20 years. I think it's a great bank with great employees. I love the new web site they've upgraded too. Since they closed the branch on hwy 21 I have to go way out of my way to get to another location. 1st they closed the branch in Madisonville. Now hwy 21. The closest to me now is by Wal Mart. I hate the thought that I will now have to find another bank due to distance.
