If I could give this branch ZERO stars I would. This branch is always an issue but today was it. Went to this branch today 2/9/22 to open a business account. I had an appointment scheduled for 10am and arrived 5 minutes prior. I spoke to an associate and informed them I was here for my appointment and she proceeded to tell me to wait on line. As I waited on line people began to enter the bank and a long line began to form. One gentleman who came in after me asked the same associate if he could get some papers notarized and she proceeded to help direct him to the person I was waiting for. I had been waiting for my appointment for 10 minutes and this "branch" decided that my business was not worth their time and had someone jump ahead of me. Well guess what Capitol One Jamaica Ave branch, I'll take my business elsewhere. Where's the customer service and the communication. Highly unfavorable service!

      Response from the owner

Hi there, Renee—This is far from the experience we aim to provide, and we appreciate you sharing the details with us. Rest assured, we've sent this feedback over to branch leadership for review. ^VS

Never ever open their account especially their credit cards. They have lot of glitches in their security system. In past my card was compromised and I had to close my account. Now They offering a lot of people to open new credit account and even though someone has good credit score they denied and ruined the credit score.

I can see that the new branch manager ( Ms. Maninder) is trying but honestly this branch needs a revamp of employees. Customer service and efficiency training really needs to happen. This particular experience is with the bankers and not the tellers. They need better training or more efficient bankers.

      Response from the owner

We definitely appreciate the feedback here as this is not the experience we want you to have. Rest assured, we've doc'd this review to get in front of the right eyes so your voice is heard. ^NW

This has to be the worst Capital One location I've ever done business in. They closed down the location closest to me and I have to travel to this one. Like other posters have mentioned, the employees here are incredibly slow and don't respect the customers' time. Corporate needs to do something. Why isn't this branch closing down when the service is so dismal. The branch that was closest to me on Farmers blvd, provided excellent service.

      Response from the owner

This isn't the sentiment we aim for and will be sure to put this feedback in front of the right eyes.^AS

i visited the Queens Village Branch on 07/17/2019 and was at the Teller Window of KerryAnn. I must say her greeting was very rude and abrupt "Do you need help" I answered, yes and gave her my withdrawal ticket to which she replied after raising it to face to read "I can't read this and you must be prepared when you come to the bank to speak" to this I replied "Ok". She then proceed to process my transaction while she was having a conversation with the teller three windows down. She then looked at me and said "What do you want to do with this?" My reply was "Please pay my venture bill and deposit part into my checking account and I get some cash back" She continued on her computer then looked up at me and said "What do you want with this?" I asked to see the withdrawal so I could tell her the breakdown of the cash but she insisted on telling me again "you must be prepared to speak when you come to the bank" At this I lost my cool, ask her to gave me back my withdrawal and reverse my transaction. I then walked over to the platform area and told the rep that the teller was very rude then felt the branch. Kerryann was extremely rude I must say. To my recollection I have never been treated in this manner, ever at Capital one I assure you that my withdrawals are clear and I have never had such a problem.

      Response from the owner

This branch is slow. The capital one bank I went to was on farmers and Linden. Even the branch on 243 street was excellent. This site always crowded and some of the clerks looked lost.

      Response from the owner

Your time's a valuable resource and we're not looking to waste any of it. Thanks for looping us in on your experience—the right eyes are on this. ^MS

Soooo ..... I walked in the bank at 9:02am to RE-open a checking Account, I signed in & I walked outside to put money in the meter to expire at 10:18am (THERE WAS ONLY *ONE* GENTLEMAN ahead of me) .... the lady called him in @ 9:13am. I patiently waited for my turn ... & as I waited PATIENTLY, the ATM machine grabbed a gentleman's card and did not return it so he asked the lady to help. She finished with the gentleman (9:34am) who was being helped before me ... she skipped me to help the guy with the card in the machine, had a conversation with a friend who stopped by her desk and It is now 10:06 am and , ME, who SIGNED IN HAVE NOT YET BEEN HELPED.... her name is AUDREY so if you go to this Capital one GOOD LUCK GETTING SERVED !!!!
