  Very nice ATM drive-through, only it's a little unclear why it's called a drive-through if you're most definitely not driving through the machine, and even if you wanted to use it, it's not really practical without getting out of the car.

  Capital one is the worst bank I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend you to use it. Don’t use it!!!! They steal you money.

  Tellers have a hard time completing basic tasks. Simple transaction can take extremely long. Parking lot is very annoying.

  The woman who initially helped us was nice, but in a following visit her and the manager stood and spoke, while we waited for 30 minutes. When speaking to them about it they said they'd be right with us and continued to speak, final becoming upset when "helping" us. The New City branch was far more nice and professional. Edit: Capital One responded with the most non-answer since the dawn of time. I should be comforted because it's with the "Market Manager"? Listen Capital One, look at the reviews for that location. I'm not the first nor last to have a problem at this location. Until you actually change the staff at that location, your responses are nothing more than PR trying to cover itself for yet another instance of terrible customer service. How about putting money into better staff, instead of cookie cutter responses?

  Haven't been here in quite a while, but I had an issue that needed to be straightened out, and after a brief wait I was taken to Dayne who was extremely helpful and willing to assist with whatever means available to her. She put through the request and told me to expect a callback on Thursday. Tuesday I got a call that the issue was resolved. Thanks Diana!

  What to say about this bank, only one is this area, 5 atms they have and none of them work I'm taking my banking else where. I would give it a 0 but not possible

  I had been a customer for several years, during which Capital One received hundreds of thousands of dollars from me. I went to deposit a bank check that was slightly larger than usual, which prompted a 2 week hold. I am unable to pay certain bills, which has now caused me to incurre unnecessary fees, even though I technically have the money in the bank. I spoke to the branch and 3 different representatives who were patronizing and told me the "computer did it" and they cannot resolve the matter. I've just deposited the money from the sale of my home at Wells Fargo, goodbye Capital One!

  The wait for customer service is high especially on the weekend since there are only two customer service reps. Then if you need something that the manager is only allowed to do, like the medallion, you will have to wait a lot. Plus there are hardly any seats in the customer service waiting area. It all leads to a hardly pleasant experience.

  I realize that we are living in uncharted times but to close the only branch in Rockland county is most unfortunate and sad. As of 3/17/20 most if not all branches of other banks are open - went to Chase and Wells Fargo no problem. I guess Capital One is truly banking unimaginable!!!!!!!

  The woman who initially helped us was nice, but after that a really bad experience, no help at all and have really nasty attitude.
