  I thought having accounts with capital one is good but this store ruined everything.The employees are not professional and barely knows what to do. .The employee kept asking her manger a bout every single thing.she couldn’t open the account after spending 3 hours in two different days , however, other bank took half an hour to finish it. Never recommend this store for anyone

  Went to withdraw cash using a different bank’s debit card. ATM kept my debit card. Went inside the branch for help... representatives refused to help retrieve my card and didn’t provide any support or number I could call to get my card back. After several customers reported the same issue, one of the reps posted a notice at the ATM. NEVER AGAIN.

  1 out of 3 ATMs are working.. 20 minute wait just to use ATM.
